   Salesman and kitchen designer James was really good when he came out to measure up. He didn’t take up hours of our time. When we met up to go through the proposed design he had good ideas and recommendations based on his previous experience. One was a particular type of corner cupboard which is really practical and looks great. He also gave good advice on a Smith’s fan convector plinth heater instead of re-locating a radiator (at a significant additional expense), it works really well and heats the kitchen nicely. He was really knowledgeable on the oven and hob Neff products which proved invaluable. SKO are also one of the companies included in the list for Neff promotions, thanks to this we got £1350 cash back after purchasing a number of their appliances. SKO appliance prices are also very competitive. Our fitter was Jamie Sykes (from a friend recommendation), he signposted us to SKO as he is one of their official fitters and recommended the quality and price of SKO kitchens. Jamie was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and he is meticulous in his work, he organised the electrician and the plasterer, we didn’t have to do any of that. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. All the delivery dates provided by SKO were honoured and not a single item was missing or damaged. The only thing that didn’t come on the same delivery was the wine cooler unit and they let us know prior to delivery. It came a few days later as they promised and didn’t impact the installation. Re the quality of the cupboards, we are really pleased with them, they seem solid and durable. We also considered the total cost of the kitchen to be reasonable, considerably less than a quote we had from Wickes. Designer Surfaces in Sheffield supplied and fitted the quartz worktop, this worked well as SKO liaise with them re the design/sizes for a quotation. They were brilliant and have a good showroom which helps when choosing. Their prices are also considerably cheaper than quoted by Wickes for quartz worktop. Mark, the SKO Manager provided good after sales support regarding surplus extractor ducting, he didn’t hesitate to refund this when returned. In summary, I would have no hesitation in recommending SKO Kitchens.

   Before we found SKO we had been to so many places for quotes and designs we chose SKO for the pricing and quality and the designer Richard being honest and realistic about what we could do with our kitchen. Customer service has been amazing and being able to actually speak personally with the staff makes for everything to come together smoothly even if a little issue comes up. I would and have recommended this company to many. many thanks SKO

   We had excellent service from the staff at SKO Sheffield from the moment we walked into the showroom through to completion of the project. I was planning a diy installation of our kitchen upgrade. We had approached other suppliers before hearing about SKO - some of these seemed to know what we wanted even before we entered their showroom!! At our first meeting with Jamie Day at SKO, he listened to what we wanted and then brought his professional skills and advice into that plan to enhance and perfect our ideas. After three hours, we left the showroom with a very clear image of what our new kitchen would be like, a design for which we still felt we had ownership, and with a comprehensive and extremely competitive quote. We subsequently placed an order and were given a clear delivery schedule which was adhered to. All the assembled units, doors and accessories were very well protected and of excellent quality. But possibly of greater importance than just the quality of the product is the quality of the after-sales service. Jamie was always available to offer advice when needed. Lee turned out promptly to rectify a misalignment on a drawer runner and offered additional useful advice on other aspects of the work. Katie in Customer Services promptly acknowledged any email enquiries and responded, often within hours, with a resolution. We are delighted with our new kitchen and would wholeheartedly recommend SKO Sheffield for all aspects of their exemplary service.

   Excellent design service with lots of choice and ideas to get you exactly what you want for a very reasonable price. Can be supply only or fully fitted by competent installers. They have access to a marble worktop supplier who offers a professional service from choosing the right shade, style, upstand etc. to measuring on-site and fitting. You also get a £50 voucher to spend at high Street shops when you send them photos of your completed kitchen.

   I don't do reviews normally but SKO were recommended by a friend when we was looking for a kitchen.We have just taken delivery and I have to say Aaron in sales at SKO has been amazing not pushy at all and really helpful and very patient. Tom and John delivered it and nothing was too much trouble really helpful.Will and Steve fitted it I can't fault them either outstanding fitters and really lovely guys.
