   Just had my new sofas delivered today. Only ordered them last week. Nothing was too much trouble when I was looking, measuring, re- measuring, checking colours, availability etc. Even a quick home visit to make sure we'd get them through the narrow internal doors! ( I do live close by). Delivery was on time, packaging removed & taken away. Friendly & helpful, would recommend .

   Brilliant service from Direct Furniture! Ordered sofa bed last Tuesday, delivered today! Lynn very helpful placing the order & helping me choose. Delivery on time, put in room, unpacked and demonstrated by the delivery guys (Who were entertaining as well as efficient!) Highly recommend! 5 Stars all round!

Their in depth knowledge of the products, assistance in all things related to purchase and the delivery and set up is second to none.    We have recently bought a double mattress with ottoman base and a super king mattress and a base with draws. We previously visited several bed suppliers and then visited the Direct Furniture store in Newark. They have a wide selection of beds available ranging from standard to superior quality. The service we experienced was really excellent; all the staff were very friendly and offered helpful advice without being at all pushy. They even ordered some specific mattresses for us to try that they did not have in stock. The delivery was extremely quick and efficient and very good value for money. I would really recommend this shop if you are considering buying a new bed.

   Second mattress from these guys, fantastic service and price. The 1st mattress has out lasted a £1500 dreams one and quality is better. They listen to your needs and advise on best for you. Delivery when you request (stock availability of course) we wanted ASAP and was delivered same day. Won't go anywhere else again.
