    Just setting up for Christmas so the store was in a bit of mix. Beautiful homeware to browse and nice range of bedding. We left disappointed tho as the cafe has closed but the sign for the cafe was still up on the wall outside.

    Guessing it's not a good place to work. What they sell is good, but some of the staff (not all) are not interested, unhelpful and I even got insulted once at the til! I purchased car spray paint & the woman on the till seriously asked if I was old enough and that 'I'm not going to go round town spraying it am I!?" I am over 40. Also their website says in stock, get there & not on shelf & staff claim none in the back - gave me the impression couldn't be bothered to look & asked if I actually needed it today!?!?!?

    Went to the range at lady bay Nottingham day before. Newark had better selection, better laid out and well maintained. Congratulations to the manager and staff of this store. Lot of effort put into the store presentation. Definitely use it again. Not the Nottingham store.

    Just popped in earlier with My Daughter & grandson for a bite to eat. I had a tiny bowl child size bowl, looked like a soup bowl. There were no more than ten wedges in it not enough for my grandson, He had sausage curly fries & beans good portion size for him. But the curly fries were rock hard. Daughter had jacket potatoe & salad portion size good but the jacket was only warm not even hot enough to melt the butter. At a cost of £16. Absolutely scandalous that prise or what. We could of gone to morros for a full breakfast far cheaper. Very disappointed.

    Not a bad store, the layout is a bit strange. Some access issues for disabled with side boxes and displays. General range of products. Some unique and quirky. Great for casual browsing. The staff are friendly and professional. Knows stick lines and locations

    I would just like to say that Kayleigh was absolutely excellent. I went to the store as I had seen the Salter dual air fryers advertised. They did not have any in at the Newark store, but Kayleigh took all my details and said she would reserve one for me when they came in stock. A few days later I had a phone call from her saying that she had one in-store for me that she had placed it behind the customer service desk for me to collect. Excellent service. Thank you Kayleigh .
