   Dealt with Steven at the Reading Store, (Clearance Outlet). We had a credit note and he was so easy to deal with as we used the credit note to purchase a 2 seater Natuzzi sofa. We used our own collection company and he had the sofa wrapped and ready for our handlers when they arrived to collect it. He made everything very easy and he was a pleasure to deal with.    After spending quite some time trying to find a new table and chairs, we came across this store and met Zac. It was so nice to be able to browse around the store without being constantly bothered with salesmen hassling us every few minutes!    EDIT: The sales executives are really courteous and helpful and great at selling stuff and providing you discounts and offers, HOWEVER, they are tremendously bad at timelines! I have ordered a 3 seater sofa - August 22 - and i was promised to have it delivered in by Dec- or early Jan!!! When enquired on Jan 1st week, I am informed that it will probably be February! I wont recommend this store at all! Glad we met Kas, he is an excellent person and have been really courteous and patient to hear out out and understand our requirements! Designer Sofa is lucky they have someone like Kas working from them.
