   The staff at back in action are excellent and take time to make sure you have all the answers to make a decision! We have bought a mattress, pillows and stressless chairs which are all excellent! The mattress is hard to start but you need to break it in a little and then it is perfect! We would recommend them as a store without hesitation. Thank you and I am sure we will remain customers for a long time to come.

   We cannot recommend this company highly enough. We arrived at the Marlow branch one very hot summer afternoon to look for two new home office chairs. Despite the temperature and approaching closing time, we were given plenty of time to try out various chairs and provided with advice whilst doing so. We then proceeded to order two chairs in a material of our choice and once again were not rushed as we reviewed the fabrics. We were contacted after the chairs arrived to ensure all was well, not just with the chairs, but our use of them. Absolutely excellent.

   Amazing customer service from Back in Action. I was given the opportunity to spend a morning working at a desk in the store while trying various chairs. I chose the perfect chair for me, a Sofia mesh , that I am very happy with. Delivery was prompt and support during assembly was available when I had a question.

   What an amazing service from Back in Action Marlow, Iliana couldn't have done more or been more helpful in helping me decide on suitable seating for my home classroom. Went for the two of the Varier Variable Plus in leather and am loving the sensation of sitting with built in movement as I sit for long periods of time in a static position. Haven't yet tried the seat on the children but they are very excited about it! Many thanks.

   Last Wednesday I visited the Marlow store to try out the VARIER™ Actulum chair to help with my chronic back pain from my crumbling spine. The lovely Iliana had me seated in one and walked me through how to use the chair effectively whilst I rocked myself into a happy place. My chair arrived at our house on Friday and my husband had it assembled and sat at my desk in under 10 minutes and I've been comfortably rocking my days away ever since. My back is super grateful to me for sitting up straight for the first time in many years and my weak puny ankles are starting to strength up again. I am very happy with my purchase, the service by the lovely Iliana was top notch and I highly recommend anyone who has back problems pop down and see what they have that might help.
