Called this store to purchase and item over the phone that was sold out everywhere else - Iām not sure who I spoke to but she was really helpful, got everything sorted super quickly and the item arrived the next day.
I recently bought a number of items in the Toast sale, key one a biscuit wrap belt skirt that I loved but the recommended size was Huge on me and no smaller size was in stock. About a month later on the off chance I asked about it at the Marlow branch and staff bent over backwards to find one for me and when I got it it had been reduced even further. The quality and style of all Toast merchandise is great and so are the staff.
I find it difficult to buy clothes for my wife and daughter, usually, whatever I buy is wrong. The lady in the shop was unbelievably helpful and not in the least pushy. For the first time in years I managed to buy the right stuff! In my view, the clothes are well made and good value.
Well made comfortable clothing and helpful staff that don't push sales.
