Had a cowboy plumber who ordered the wrong radiators and disappeared and was stuck with 3 incorrect radiators. He helped in getting these returned with ease and was sympathetic to my situation. Also helped me carry new radiators to the car. Great customer service, an asset to the company.”

“I never knew anything about electric bikes. So I visited the Maidenhead store to ask. Spoke to 3 friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable young men last Saturday. Went back on Sunday lunchtime and purchased a Raleigh Felix. The same model as one of the salesperson I spoke with had purchased himself. All 3 were a pleasure to deal with.”
