   Very unprofessional and misleading pets available for sale but sick stay away Called the day before to purchase a Guinea pig was told they had 2 in store I visited the next day with my children they picked one out when we told the lady who we spoke to the day before we take the ginger one she said she would like them to go together we explained we only wanted one and she said she would only sell them as a pair no mention of this on the telephone she said they like to be together i then ask why are they separated now her reply they have been sick oh really but it’s ok to buy 2 and put them together lies and misleading she replied just a eye infection I don’t believe a word after reading there 1 star reviews so happy we didn’t buy a sick pet my 5 years old little girl was devastated crying wasted our time and was let down big time please read this and stay away

   The staff at this pets at home are so welcoming and always make time to give you advice. They all deserve praise, Emi, Laya, Sophia, Corbyn, they all work well together and greet you when you arrive. I shop here regularly.

   The staff were really nice to me yesterday about my puppy! He kept trying to mark and they were so nice about it even though I felt so guilty. The stock is really nice and the service. The range of animals on offer to buy are always nice, they seem really cared for unlike some pet stores, always fresh bedding and toys etc. The chinchilla range is perfect for my fur baby too!

   I have been using Vets4Pets at Pets at Home for 2 years now. I really like how the staff have gotten to know my cat and I feel, they remember who he is and treat him like he matters. I moved to this surgery because I was unhappy with the first vet I tried and I am glad I did. The reception team are especially great, they're welcoming and offer a warm atmosphere.
