“We brought our 13 week old puppy along to the puppy hour and the staff were wonderful. He had a great time, grew in confidence and we took him home exhausted! We have since been back every week and this weekend will be our final visit as he will be 18 weeks old. Each week we have experienced something new - from a variety of different ages and breeds of puppy, to learning how to socialise with different ages of people! Our pup has made lots of new friends. Throughout our visits the staff have been helpful, encouraging and enthusiastic; they have provided us with lots of great advice! Highly recommended!!”

“Our staffy puppy Whisky was being sick all day yesterday so we called up and asked for an emergency appointment. Initially I felt like I was being over dramatic as was told that symptoms weren't serious so an 11:30 appointment would do, we showed up early anyway as this is our first puppy and we were very worried. Although I felt like the reception staff were annoyed by my actions as myself and my boyfriend felt this was quite evident by the way they spoke to me vet Oscar quickly calmed our concerns and we left with a happy healthy puppy. It's a shame that my feelings were invalidated and I was spoken to in a dismissive and curt manner but all in all we came out feeling quite positive and can totally understand why reception staff were annoyed by my actions.”

My dogs are very happy every time they see Jane, dogs know people better than people do and they love going to Totally Mutts!”

“I highly recommend this clinic. The care and attention my cats receive everytime is outstanding. Dr. Callum is clearly knowledgeable and experienced with cats, especially with Ragdolls, which was a huge relief after visiting other vets who didn’t fully understand the breed. It’s great to finally have a vet who understands my cats’ needs and who truly cares.”

“Wow what a fantastic service. I have a very big, excitable labrador retriever and this was his first ever groom in 8 years!! This did not phase Nina. From the moment Nina met my dog I could instantly tell that she is a dog lover. My lab is now looking great and smelling the best whilst not shedding anymore onto my carpet. He loved his morning out and looks forward to coming back again. Thank you Nina :-)”

Our dog had a quite precise medication schedule and the staff were knowledgeable and ready to deal with this—we came back to a very happy and healthy dog. “We took our little dog to Hot Dog's grooming last week for a wash, nail trim and groom. This was his 3rd visit and each time he has got more relaxed and comfortable with the process allowing Karen and her team to do a little more. When we saw him, we couldn't believe how great he looked. He was happy and bouncy, smelt great and had a perfect cut.....can't get over how lovely he looks ❤️”

“We came for afternoon tea today with my girlfriends. This was my second visit for afternoon tea. The food is delicious! The sandwiches are filled well and very tasty, The scones were fluffy and light. The desserts delectable. This really is a hidden gem for afternoon tea. I often have afternoon tea in London and this is definitely at that standard or better! Fabulous service. The staff are polite, helpful and really make this a 5 star experience. We will definitely be visiting more, especially as I now know that I can bring my dog in the Bar area and have afternoon tea or a meal there. Full of praise for a well executed 5 star service.”

“Victoria from Grooming Unlimited is an amazing Mobile groomer. We had the pleasure of her 1 to 1 grooming services for our Miniature Schnauzer. Perfect clipper and scissor cut and styling, along with all the grooming essentials. Our furbaby was a very happy chappy. Brilliant communication and a very pleasurable experience with the grooming taking place in the Mobile van in our driveway in Ascot. We highly recommend Victoria and Grooming Unlimited services.”

Emma and Martin are amazing - so kind, caring and loving with her and all the dogs. Their place is a home from home, a lovely set up for pooches. I can't recommend enough! “Stayed in Christmas cottage for one night as we had dinner at the Fat Duck. Perfect location for that as it’s just at the rear of the Hinds Head. Really cute cottage. Small but perfect for couples. Denise was so kind and friendly - what a welcome! Cottage has everything you need, including a well stocked fridge for breakfast the next day. IMO reasonably priced for what you get and what you’re about to fork out for dinner!”

“Penny has been my dog groomer for over 33 years. I cannot fault her loyalty as she has never cancelled an appointment in all that time & all of my dogs have always been groomed excellently. Penny is wonderfully skilled with dogs & I have never had any hesitation in leaving them in her most capable hands.”

“Utterly brilliant, just held the most amazing and memorable (not to mention different) party here. Lunch, hog roast and breakfast very good indeed. Service, pretty much unbeatable I’d say. We didn’t way to leave, the place was like a classy Mediterranean location.”

“We had our 2024 wedding reception at the barn at The Olde Bell and it was a wonderful experience. Leah was very helpful in helping us figure out the timings, how to structure the day and the usual order of events since we were a bit clueless. On the day, Vincent was magnificent, so calm and collected, professional but warm. All the staff we had on our day was great, the food was fantastic (multiple guests said they really enjoyed it) and we had a great time. We also used the recommended suppliers for flowers and music and were very happy with both! As a clueless couple whose main requirement was for things to be nice and for everyone to have a good time (I know, not much to work with!), we received a great service and were very happy with how things turned out.”
