   I had arrived from Hong Kong at 5am on 19th December and my husband had arranged to have breakfast at the Inn on the Green prior to a funeral at Cookham Dean Church at 11am that morning. The hotel very kindly allowed us to use one of the rooms to change, leave our car in the carpark for the day, and would only accept a payment for breakfast. Their welcoming staff and generous hospitality is hugely appreciated, thank you so much and Happy Christmas to you all.

   I came here just for the restaurant and it was delicious. Our waitress, Molly, was so great and talked us through the menu. She also pours a great Guinness. Walked around the outside and it was very nice. Definitely recommend

   We've stayed two days at this hotel, it's been incredible - beautiful, clean, and the staff are the most lovely people. The food is the best I've had in years. The Sunday lunch was pure perfection and the dinner menu we had on Monday evening was superb as well. We had been in Marlow the previous days but didn't have anything as good as this in the restaurants in Marlow. The rooms (we stayed in 1 standard and 1 deluxe) are immaculately clean, overall very pleasant. The pool and the garden are very lovely with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views. There are some good places to go for a walk nearby, easy to reach on foot to walk my dog. The staff members elevate this place to the next level; my dog especially loved the tall blonde beautiful girl who works at the restaurant because she was so friendly to him, what a lovely person. All the staff here are exceptionally kind, we really appreciated Emma and Jules going out of their way to be helpful and friendly to us, you can't find a more lovely environment. We will be recommending this place to our friends and colleagues as a gorgeous getaway not far from Oxford and London.

   We arrived today to use poolside, have food and some drinks. We have been here numerous times over the year and never once told it needs to be pre booked, we were refused and told they were fully booked today and the hotel was fully booked so they have to prioritise people staying. I have checked booking.com 4 rooms were available, may I add the poolside had 2 people by it as shown in pictures. This is a birthday treat and to be treated and discriminate us is absolutely appalling. We always spoke highly of this venue but will not be returning. See photos of rooms available after being told it was fully booked and poolside. May I also add in response to the reply to this review it doesn’t state ‘it must be pre booked’ it says to book please call etc.. photo added.

   Utterly brilliant, just held the most amazing and memorable (not to mention different) party here. Lunch, hog roast and breakfast very good indeed. Service, pretty much unbeatable I’d say. We didn’t way to leave, the place was like a classy Mediterranean location.

   We stayed there from the 24th to the 26th of Feb and it was fantastic. We brought our dog who was more than welcome and we had a fantastic breakfast. The bed was also really large and super comfortable with a very clean room. All the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us.

   We had a lovely stay at karma sanctum on the green for an early Valentines get away (our first without our little one in 5 years!) And loved how comfortable we were from the moment we got there. Staff friendly and welcoming, especially Lara, Will & Alisha (who makes a great espresso martini!), We spent most of the night at the bar with them! Very quiet and picturesque with a bit of rock n roll glamour in the heart of the British countryside. Beautiful decor throughout, with art work by Chrissi hynde, music memorabilia, beautiful stained glass. The room had a v comfortable bed, lovely big bath aswell as a shower and went right onto the courtyard with pool (sadly pool only in summer months). It was a shame restaurant isn't open every day, as we were looking forward to trying (my bad for assuming it would be and not checking online first) but we still had a nice dinner at the jolly farmers 2mins walk away. Will definitely come back again in the future!

   The Inn on the green is under new management and Lara and Will (and their dogs, Boots and Korra) couldn't be doing a better job. I've stayed for four nights this week and have rebooked for the next two weeks. I had concerns about the restaurant it's the same Japanese menu as their London hotel but it's fantastic. I very rarely leave reviews but I couldn't recommend Sanctum on the Green more highly.

   Lovely stay at this delightful boutique hotel. Very comfortable air conditioned room.. very welcome as weather unusually hot. Nice little pool and seating area and delightful courtyard to enjoy a drink. The staff are delightful, friendly and nothing too much trouble. My 4th time here and would definitely come again

   The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were staying for a nearby wedding and they were able to have our room made up for an early check in for us to get ready before departing, which was very much appreciated! The massive bath was very cool as well! Would definitely stay here again.
