Excellent service until I tried to leave their plan due to moving. Sent an email saying I owed money. When I called I was told I had to pay the balance on the annual plan but could still have its benefits. Not ideal but I paid. Then got an email saying I couldnβt continue the benefits and had to email the practice manager if I wanted an explanation. Still havenβt had a reply to my email! Currently thinking Iβve been conned out of over Β£200

I managed to get involved with a puppy scam!! I thought I was buying 2 dogs, needing a new home in difficult circumstances. I turned to pines vets for help. They were incredible! Especially Michaela! She found an animal sanctuary that I could take them. Arrange a time and date for me to drop them off. Thank you! I was so blessed by pines vets. It was an awful experience and I felt so supported by this local vet service and their ethics of championing re homing to stop animals going back into a money making scandal!

I highly recommend this clinic. The care and attention my cats receive everytime is outstanding. Dr. Callum is clearly knowledgeable and experienced with cats, especially with Ragdolls, which was a huge relief after visiting other vets who didnβt fully understand the breed. Itβs great to finally have a vet who understands my catsβ needs and who truly cares.

If this business is still owned by 2 sisters the the owner donβt care about the animals at all. My work colleague, took his to for check up,(the lab is 10 years old) they said he has to be put down, they got 2nd opinion, found out that the dog had bit of a flu and early signs of arthritis in 1 knee. Now, the pine vets said the dog has to be put down, after asking few questions about the ownerβs finances, But the vets that gave 2nd opinion said the dog needed some gel for the knees, and an injection and his heart and lungs are fine. So how could PINE VETS, say that the dog needs to be put down and the other vets say he is good health other the small things like the knee issue and bit off illness. I think vets like these need to be avoided who look/ ask about you finance situation before they give the verdict about what needs to be done to the beloved pet. Also, the problems they stated, they did not show X-rays to the the person. I just feel vets like these con people out of the money. I would never ever take my tabby cat to these heartless money grabbing owners. I hope you live you family member animal also to avoid getting scammed. After going to pine vets, PLEASE GET A 2nd OPINION. You may just enjoy few more years with you buddy.

Really poor communication. Left waiting three times for a phone call about an appointment recently so was forced to move vets and find an appointment myself elsewhere. I can understand there being no appointments available but I canβt accept not being called back when I was promised to be called with updates. Three times. My cat is ill and underweight so to be kept waiting when I have said she isnβt eating is really poor service. The vets themselves I have to say were excellent, and I never had an issue with them. My problem is purely with the poor service from the front desk.

I got bitten by a cat in my garden. I love going to the Pines because they look after me. My vet found out what was wrong and now I'm getting better. My owner said I should say the Pines is brilliant.

Have been using Pines for 7 years - vets there have always been so lovely - they all seem to have left now though which is a shame - receptionists are quite stuffy and miserable it really wouldnβt hurt for them to smile when you check your pet in. Had a 3 minute if that, consultation with the vet and was charged Β£60 - I was quite shocked that when I went to pay, the receptionist had to go and speak with the vet to see what I was to be charged for this consultation - I thought a consultation fee what a standard charge? Was this Β£60 plucked out of the air?? Felt like it .. having said this my fur baby is worth every penny of that Β£60 to get peace of mind it was just a reflux issue.
