    I had a complaint which needed addressing, as I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. At about 10am I rang my GP surgery (knowing that I wouldn't be able to get an appointment) and the receptionist informed me that she was able to send a message to the pharmacy to tell them I wanted to see the pharmacist and get a prescription. I saw the pharmacist at midday in a private room and after asking me various questions, he was able to prescribe me some medication (which I had taken on previous occasions) and I knew it would work. Whilst pharmacists are restricted in what they can and can't prescribe, I must say that this is Keycircle Pharmacy as its' very best! Thank you Keycircle for your excellent service!

    Nothing has changed since the last review 6 months ago. The staff still totally ignore the queue of customers. They might be busy preparing prescriptions but less talking amongst themselves and at least an acknowledgment to the customers e.g.”sorry to keep you waiting, we’ll be with you in a minute” would help. Very poor customer service.

    Shambolic at best. Consistently slow service with 4-5 staff chatting in the staff pharmacy area and only 1 person serving. Serving staff with little/no knowledge- hadn’t heard or/could locate surgical spirit. Have switched for regular prescriptions elsewhere and won’t be returning.
