   After an unfortunate encounter with a metal post, the rear passenger door was so badly damaged, it had to be completely replaced. I went on recommendation to J&k Autos and was truly impressed by Ryan who was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I had had 3 other estimates. All of whom tried to charge me an extortionate amount and said the repair would take at least a week. J&K repaired my car in less than 2 days at a fair and honest price and it looks like new. I wish them continued success and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you.

   I brought my car in because of a tapping noise coming from the engine. The garage advised that it was almost certainly the timing chain and, based on that confident diagnosis, I agreed to have it replaced. After the repair, they told me the noise was still present but might improve after an oil change. A week later, the tapping noise was still exactly the same. I’ve since taken the car to other garages for a second opinion. Each one has said that, given the location and nature of the noise, it should have been clear to any experienced mechanic that the timing chain wasn’t the cause. They all agreed it was a misdiagnosis. When I raised my concerns, the garage claimed I had agreed to the work — but I only gave the go-ahead based on their assurance that it would fix the issue. I feel I placed my trust in their expertise and ended up paying a significant amount for a repair that didn’t solve the problem. The original fault remains, and I’m left disappointed and out of pocket.

   As the MOT station i have used for nearly 30 years closed at the beginning of this year, i needed to find a new one who i can trust, Just used these guys for the 1st time, got me out of a pickle "MOT failure, fixed it right away.....MOT Pass, I will be using them again, I picked them after reading the reviews others had left and i have to agree, Honest, friendly, & the type of business you know are not trying to have one over on you. - Thank you for today J & K Autos, i will be using you again very soon.

   I had J & K Autos recommended to me by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. These guys are super professional, honest and very friendly too. As a female it can be quite daunting going to a garage as you're never quite sure if you're getting good service at the correct price. I would say to anyone reading this to give them a try as you won't be disappointed. I had my mot done here and will be back in a couple of months for a service. I'm a very happy customer!
