We have been using Hicks for each of our cars since moving to Woodley almost 13 years ago. We moved away from the area 3 years ago and still trust Hicks for every service, MOT or repair. The service is always excellent and pricing is reasonable but the integrity and dedication to customer service of team there is priceless. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Kelly, and the manager Arron is an absolute star, always helpful and even assisting me with a claim against the RAC when they destroyed my battery terminals, even though it had to be repaired at a Mercedes dealership. I whole-heartedly recommend Hicks and appreciate having a garage and team who do the right thing with a smile and always takes care of this family’s cars. Thank you!
I've been using Hicks for 6 years since moving to Woodley. We have 2 family cars and a van so we have used them regularly. Always a 5 star service and by far the best customer care I've experienced from a MOT & Service centre. Highly recommend
Had MOT on my daughter’s car. Booked online so easily. Took car at designated time. Aaron rang when car was ready. In the time stated. Made it so easy. No hanging around. Lovely professional company. Definitely will be my go to for servicing in the future
Service and repair both of our vehicles here. Had both our cars in in June and they did a fantastic job. Also very honest as my husbands car went in with us expecting a big repair and bill and they found it was something minor which was quickly fixed. Also when my clutch went a little while ago on my car they squeezed us despite being book up for 2 weeks.

Went to Hicks off the back of recommendations from the local Facebook group. The staff were very helpful and we got a date for a service in good time. Unfortunately there was an issue with our booking but the Hicks staff dealt with it with quibbling with us and in a very courteous and professional manner. Honest and reliable. Very impressed by them and will be using them again.
