Is a good place but they didn't have removed bulbs. I am using very often them. Sometimes very convenient, good customer service.
Ordered an item for collection, received the phone call from them stating item is ready for collection. I attaned their Maidenhead store. Left waiting for staff to attend the counter for 12 minutes after pressing their bell. No other customers in store, once arrived I payed for the item. Another 10 minutes later I ring the bell as they disappeared to get my item. Eventually they state they are looking for the item. I explained I even received a confirmation call. Theor poor response was "must be a glitch in the system" no apology, other than if I order another one it will arrive on Monday 2 days later. Requested a refund which took another 5 minutes. Asked to see the Manager "Imran" who wasn't available. Very poor service, communication and incompetence. Avoid ordering from their Maidenhead site as they haven't got a clue and don't trust their stock availability shown online.
The Guy there was very helpful. Looked up the exact item I needed too. Thank you. Hard and harder to get good service, thank you.

My wife came in just before closing time on a Friday with a missing oil cap thanks to her Muppet of a husband. The manager helped her find a spare part despite not having one immediately available. Amazing job and top service. I'll probably be in the dog house a while but at least one of us today was on their game. Thanks again, you truly saved the day.
Good service but long wait mostly at reception. Ample parking. Good stock. Over all good branch.
Service need some improvment. Queing time is unacceptable. Guy over counter is soooo slow- sorry mate but you need to speed up! 30 minutes for 2 customers-oh really?
