Very disappointing experience. We were 4 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 5, and 8) and were charged full adult prices for the kids. We queued for about 15 minutes, and the staff member serving us was inexperienced, which caused more delays. After finally getting in, we were stopped because we didn’t have 3D glasses. We were never offered them at the counter and were told we had to go back and queue again for another 10–15 minutes. As a result, we missed part of the movie. Poor organisation and lack of basic communication. I’ve been to this Odeon many times and have never had such a bad experience, especially with young children. Not acceptable.

I regularly take my daughter here because it is such a lovely experiance. We travel here for movies even though there are 2 cinemas in our town. Plenty of parking, all seats are recliners and there are no bad angles.

IMO- the best cinema in Berkshire. 8 comfortable screens with luxurious reclining seats, and top class picture and sound in all theatres. Great staff too, especially Myles who is always helpful. Brought an Odeon Limitless pass as I enjoy it there so much.

Excellent cinema. The reclining seats are perfect. Staff are helpful and the snacks are amazing. The nachos are sensational. Well done Odeon. It’s a really convenient location too. The car park nearby is hard work to park at but that is the only criticism. Cya mon!!!!!

Rude women on site, just has no customers manners, she lied to Jade the manager and said I was being nasty to her, just gave her feedback as a paying customer. She then talks to her colleagues about us while we're right next to her. We're not deaf. They cancelled our movie while we brought all our popcorn and drinks, spending over £50 and to be told that you can't go in. This women clearly needed a coffee break.

Nice and comfortable. Temperature was decent. Expensive for what it is though and now £1 extra for special seats that are the same as the others and just have a little more decent viewing point, even though I'd argue the ones in front where probably better. Literally squeezing every penny they can. Pay all that money and then have a couple who decided to talk continually and a lady who was more interested in Facebook on her phone, so distracted from the movie. Wish they'd start ejecting anyone who did these things, but I imagine the staff are not paid enough to have those arguments.

Very comfortable cinema with recliner seats, stuff is nice and there is variety for the refreshments. There isn't free parking but there is a paid one. The cinema is great as a relaxing place and activity, especially if you like watching all the new movies, I recommend getting the Odeon card.

The place itself is very clean. seat is comfortable spacious, with table we did really enjoy the movie , i booked online even the food too, you can tell them you arrived and they will prepare the food ready to pick. we definitely coming back to this place. however parking is very tight.

Had low expectations seeing Avatar but my god these seats are damn near the best thing I've ever sat on at a cinema trip. Reclining, spacious and soft but supportive. Would definitely go again. 5/7.

I took my daughter to see Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets. For you best enjoyment of the movie I would suggest that sitting no closer than row 4 as any closer to the screen is too close. The cost of entry tickets was competavive with other cinemas. Refreshments doubled the cost of the visit, which I feel to be off-putting. That said I strongly recommend this cinema:) If you do go tell them that Niall sent you, they really won't know who you are talking about. Honest review from an honestly independent source.
