“The BEST hidden gem! The owners are absolutely wonderful – so passionate, welcoming, and friendly, they make you feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in. The food is just delicious, made with genuine Italian ingredients that taste completely different to anything you’ll find in other cafés. Every bite is full of authentic flavour and love. “I feel like I’ve come to the party late but now want to keep coming back…so I’ve been here x3 in as many weeks and already got a date in the diary to come back next week. Down a little lane that looks like you’re going nowhere then turn left and boom…the beautiful, unspoilt Taplow lake. Not only stunning views from the car park but also from every angle in the outdoor decked cafe. Coffees are wonderful and a really good size, cakes are delicious and the brunch is super. Fresh ingredients, well put together. The service on all three visits has been exceptional. Attentive, friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the menu. It has a great Scandinavian feel sitting on the deck, with nice food, looking over a lake surrounded by trees watching the wildlife and kayakers and paddle boarders. What’s not to like?!”
