   Absolutely brilliant service. 'Salma' suggested to try winter blend coffee beans and I took her recommendation, it turned out one of the best coffee I ever had, I can clearly see she has great passion for coffee and customer services and is truly an asset for Cafe Nero.

   Salma gave me excellent customer service at Nerro Café. She greeted me with a smile, took my order patiently, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The coffee she prepared was rich, smooth, and tasted fantastic. Salma checked if everything was okay with my order and made me feel welcome. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re at Nerro Café, I highly recommend asking for Salma—you’ll get quality service and a delicious coffee every time

   Today 12/10 around 1.30 PM I was served a frappe mocha at pretty much room temperature by the chap there, a couple of weeks ago on a Friday afternoon I was served the exact same drink by one of the girls there and it was perfectly made, chilled with ice!!! With respect, any issues this chap has should not be permitted to impact on customer's purchases - kindly sort this.

   The service at this cafe Nero has deteriorated quite a lot in the last few weeks. The servers don’t even ask anymore whether the order is to “have in” or “takeaway”. They assume it to be the latter and make the drinks in paper or plastic cups. And when asked to make them in ceramic cups or glasses, their entire attitude changes. The drinks are not made with any dedication anymore as they used to be before. The tables aren’t clean either. It’s disappointing to see the degradation of this store as it used to be a very good store even until the first half of this year.

   Usual overpriced coffee shop, that has gone downhill. It's quite small and the tables are very close together so it's difficult to have a conversation without being overheard. There's a few tables outside for those who still smoke. Service was pretty indifferent and slow, but then that's the same with most of these places these days! Coffee was ok, better than Starbucks, but £3.00+ to put a tea bag in to a cup of hot water is taking the p.

   Went for a coffee and had great service, lovely staff. This is Maidenhead and it was raining and the UK is pretty depressing these days so the atmosphere was a mixture of melancholy and a sort of 70's vibe that matched the town centre and the cultural decline of the UK over the last 6 years, generally. This was a great coffee and I could shelter from the literal and metaphorical storm.

   Alright food, grumpy staff 24/7 when ever I come. Quite confusing and rude to me just because I brought 2 hot chocolates instead of one with the three+ codes. Lovely atmosphere though.

   Just arrived, only a few people in but EVERY free table left dirty while the staff chit-xhatted amongst themselves. I had to go ask them to clear tables so we could sit down. This will be my last visit. Even junk food outlets deliver better service.

   I guess sometimes I'll go anywhere when I need a cup of coffee. It's not often I'll give a negative review, this is one of those times. It was quiet when I got to Caffè Nero, there were perhaps six or ten people in there, but there was someone waiting to be served and the staff were looking in the other direction. There were tables still covered in cups and plates. Eventually, I was served and went to one of the freshly cleared tables, only to find bits of food on the chair. Fair enough, the coffee was strong and good, but another time, I'll go elsewhere or do without.
