   Very poor customer service from the one lady working 29th and 30th Dec 25. I purchased 3 large boxes of garage shelving and I asked if I can have some help collecting them from the rear of the store which she agreed. No help and even had to carry them to my car. No other customers in store so no excuse. When I returned to collect the last box I mentioned I didn't get help. She just made a face of attitude and looked the other way. Today being the 30th I decided to return the boxes in exchange for heavy duty shelves. Again same thing, I stood in line for ages and after moving all the boxes around again she said I needed to stand in line again having already stood in line for 20 mins already. The customer infront of me also made an exchange but for some reason he didn't need to line up again. I mention this to her and again same attitude with no response. Its a shame there is no such thing as customer service where a simple response would have sufficed. If people like that don't wish to work there im sure there are more decent people to fill her shoes. Shocking behaviour which is a shame as the rest of the staff were friendly. FYI The female was a short Asian lady slightly over weight. If shes at the till again best to avoid or it will ruin your day!

   I had booked my car in for the winter ten point check, On arrival the staff were very helpful and polite as well as professional checking me in to my apartment. Asked me to park in a bay and informed me someone will be with me soon they just had someone before me. I had arrived 15 minutes before my slot so understandable. The whole process was brilliant and explained everything as he went through the different steps and advised on things and recommended the times to check and top things up and best ways to maintain the life of the battery and tires. Even said I could pop in and ask someone to have a look in another 4 months. Very pleased with the service I received today and will recommended to family and friends, I may go back for a spring/summer check

   I never knew anything about electric bikes. So I visited the Maidenhead store to ask. Spoke to 3 friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable young men last Saturday. Went back on Sunday lunchtime and purchased a Raleigh Felix. The same model as one of the salesperson I spoke with had purchased himself. All 3 were a pleasure to deal with.

   Recent visit to the Maidenhead branch to exchange a stop start expensive battery i believed it would be simple and straight forward as the purchase covered a five year Warranty my purchase was not even two years old, the very young inexperienced manager informed me it had to be tested with the correct charger which is absolute rubbish to gain a reading on company policy and proticalls, my purchase had already been on charge for a long time and it was absolutely obvious it was faulty but kept me waiting two days. It was exchanged which should of been done immediately, inexperienced staff more company training needed

   I am writing to escalate an issue regarding the side bulbs fitted to my vehicle at Halfords Maidenhead. On October 14th, I had new side bulbs installed, but last week I discovered that the right side bulb had failed. I returned to Halfords Maidenhead on 30th oct to report the issue, and I was informed that the bulb fitted on October 14th was not technically correct for my car. While I appreciate that the team agreed to fit a new bulb for free this time, I was disappointed to learn that no guarantee would be provided. Unfortunately, on my way back from the store, the left side bulb also failed. As a non-technical customer, I relied on the expertise of Halfords for this installation, and I am now facing repeated issues with the bulbs. I would like to escalate this matter for further assistance and resolution. and when i escalated issue to Halford customer care they told that 'When the customer came into the store the second time, we advised the customer that without the resistor kits, the LED bulbs are likely to consistently have issues.' This completely lying from there side. i wish i could have video recording of that what that technician has said second time visit on 30th october. they clearly say that this is not technically fit bulb for my cars so that at first time this should have not fitted to your car .i told your why technician fitted this at first time? there was no mentioned of 'resistor kits' in both my vibists. Please advise if you ever purchased anything from them have video recordings

   Reviewing the bike section of the store! Bike repairs in particular. It's simple, walk in and ask for Alex! Their bike repair section is legit the most helpful! They do such a solid job, always deliver on time and no job is too hard for them. I brought an electric bike which most spots turn away! Alex took my bike problems as a challange! And he not only accepted the challange but went above and beyond! For your Maidenhead bike needs, look no further. Just pull up on this branch, ask for Alex and get the service you deserve! ** the young guys downstairs by the entrance are also top notch although I didn't need much from them! They were soo attentive and willing to help! Bike repair, this is your go to joint! ALEX!
