“I should have done this review when I recieved my beautiful sofa back in June. However we had just moved in and time has run away with us. We were approached by a lovely lady called Mary, she was so helpful and informative. She made us feel welcome, made us coffee, sat down with all the samples. She was patient with me as it was taking me along time to pick a colour. The time that took the longest was the little machines they had to use kept stopping and she had to all the details over again. Anyway the delivery time was 12 weeks but I think it turned up a little earlier. We have communication all the way. It was a heavy sofa and it was up 2 flights of stairs. I was a bit miffed that my partner had to help as one delivery man refused to get out the van let alone lift it. I felt sorry for his colleague. But apart from that we had good service. And I absolutely love my Italian made sofa!”

“We ordered our new sofa after discussing with the staff at the Farnborough shop. They were helpful and friendly. Our sofa arrived today, a bit longer than stated, but the drama in the Suez Canal slowed down shipping containers coming to Europe. Fabb staff kept us updated. The delivery drivers were excellent, friendly, helpful, polite and very efficient and neat. They built everything and took away all packaging, leaving us with our eagerly awaited sofa. Fabb Furniture have not disappointed us. Well done.”

“Berkshire Upholstery have recovered the seat of my old leather armchair. I am delighted with their service. I was invited to to call in to match leather samples for colour. I received samples the next day to check at home. They collected the chair and delivered it back 2 days later. It looks good! Highly recommend them.”

“As a first timer it can feel a bit hairy buying a kitchen online. You're spending a lot of money, often sight unseen and place a lot of trust in a company you've never dealt with to deliver what you've paid for. After much research I sourced my kitchen doors, panels and plinths from DIY Homefit for their range, prices and service. Delivery came within 7 days (a week earlier than expected) but the 12 boxes arrived in poor condition, having taken a battering in transit. The courier was friendly and helped carry everything up two flights of stairs. Thankfully only two doors were damaged. I sent photos on the day and replacements were dispatched a week later with no fuss. Finished kitchen looks fab. Good communication from DIY/Wendy from quote through to completion - including prompting me to leave a review. Would use this company again.”

“Our experience with Schmidt kitchens Camberley from start to finish has been nothing but professional and has exceeded our expectations. The design stage was very exciting exploring different options and finishes. The Schmidt team came up with some great design options which we adopted in our final product. The delivery and customer service has been above and beyond during the whole process. Every query we had was answered and addressed quickly and with care. We are writing this review after a four month period with our kitchen in use and we can confidently say the product is fantastic. Durable and functional in every way.
