   We found Dan & AJ and the rest of the showroom team to be super helpful & patient. The design was worked through with good communication throughout. Working with Schmidt & @Mackenzie Paige Interiors provided us with our dream kitchen within a reasonable budget. The quality of the units and appliances are great! We now have a practical kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace. We would recommend Schmidt Camberley for design & supply of a quality well built kitchen offer a more bespoke service than some others in a similar price bracket! They also provide great tea, coffee & biscuits!

   I recently purchased a kitchen from Schmidt in Camberley and I can’t thank them enough, they are the best in Surrey. The kitchen looks amazing , high quality, and had everything I asked for. However, not only the kitchen looks really lovely but the team are so helpful, and really friendly. I am happy that I decided to get the kitchen from them, wouldn’t asked for a better kitchen and I’m happy to give a 5*. They should really be proud of the service they provide, and I would recommend them without any doubt. I just read a negative review, and I disagree, because it is completely the opposite of what I received. Thank you team Schmidt you are the best

   Our experience with Schmidt kitchens Camberley from start to finish has been nothing but professional and has exceeded our expectations. The design stage was very exciting exploring different options and finishes. The Schmidt team came up with some great design options which we adopted in our final product. The delivery and customer service has been above and beyond during the whole process. Every query we had was answered and addressed quickly and with care. We are writing this review after a four month period with our kitchen in use and we can confidently say the product is fantastic. Durable and functional in every way. We have two young children who also use the kitchen and it is standing up well to their abuse! We would highly recommend Schmidt’s products and the camberley franchise if you are considering a new kitchen. You won’t be disappointed. Agi and Jason.

   We would like to thank Schmidt Camberley for our gorgeous new fitted kitchen and utility room which we are over the moon with. From the start to finish there was nothing to fault at all. Dan & Ajay spent time creating an excellent design with us both in the showroom and visiting us at home. Dee , Ajay & Dan alongside the rest of the team were all super helpful when we were choosing our kitchen and always made sure they had the time to go through everything in fine detail with us when ever we popped into the showroom. Peter’s attention to detail while fitting it was outstanding and the quality of the units , worktops and appliances are fab. We feel that the personal touch from all involved in our kitchen was excellent customer service , Sunny & Jordon went above and beyond to get all the finishing touches done for us ! Thanks all super happy , loving cooking and entertaining in our new kitchen / breakfast room space Chris & Krissy

   This is a review for Schmidt in Camberley. All in all, the designer (Dan), the fitters (Sonny, Peter and team) and Dee were brilliant from beginning to end in making a dream kitchen that astonish all those that visit my home. It was a huge project for me but Dan and the Schmidt team went above and beyond to guide and advise anytime. The other well-known kitchen retailers couldn't have come close in matching the customer service that Schmidt provided. Dan was always on hand from design inception right through to sign off at the end - I wouldn't have got that anywhere else. Drawer liners and glass side panels all came as standard and the choice of cabinet interiors was incomparable. Delivery and fitting went smoothly with some brilliant finishing touches made by Peter! You can really make it bespoke and add your personality. Highly recommended if you're looking for a truly professional service and want an experience where you felt taken care of.

   We had a large kitchen project designed and installed by the team at Schmidt Camberley and found it to be an excellent experience throughout. Dan was imaginative and quick with the designs, happy to experiment and proved to be very knowledgeable on the many appliances and fittings. Dee, Ajay and the rest of the team were also on hand to offer suggestions on anything from brands of ovens to colours and styles of worktops and units. This was at a time when there were supply problems from some manufacturers and Schmidt went to considerable efforts to source some of the more difficult to find items we wanted. They were also happy to lend us samples of worktops and cabinets, and for us to bring large floor tiles from our flooring supplier into the showroom to see how they looked against assembled kitchen units. When it came to installation, Sunny and the fitters turned up on time every morning, worked efficiently, and left the site tidy at the end of each day. This was being done as part of a major house renovation and Schmidt’s team worked well alongside our other contractors. Communication was also very good with us being kept informed of what was happening at each stage. At the end of the process we have been left with a lovely bright modern kitchen which gets positive comments from everyone who sees it. I can thoroughly recommend Schmidt Camberley.

   We have today signed off the completion of our kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with it! The design reflects exactly what we wanted including a bespoke cupboard. Per, the designer, managed to understand what we wanted exactly, and was able to offer suggestions that improved our original concept. The original kitchen was a reasonable size, but now it feels much bigger and has more, better, storage. We had Schmidt manage the building works and installation, which saved a lot of hassle. We thoroughly recommend Schmidt. not the cheapest but well worth the money.

   I would advise you to look elsewhere as Schmidt Camberley are not professional and do not provide adequate customer service. We used them as they were our nearest franchise (they are not Schmidt, they are an independent company) and we were updating a part of our existing Schmidt kitchen. The initial consultation/survey was suspect, further meetings in their showroom were okay. The product was delivered on time and their fitter arrived on time. The fitter was at best a difficult person to communicate with and ultimately rude. Turns out they have only 1 fitter + trainee's. We were told it would be a 2 - 3 day job, it took 6 weeks. During this time we experienced many problems and discussing these many problems proved both time consuming and frustrating. We have been left with a kitchen which needs further work to complete and additional expenses which Schmidt Camberley should have covered. We have complained to Schmidt directly (in France) but that is now ongoing. My advice is don't buy Schmidt but if you must go to one of the other franchise showrooms and steer well clear of Camberley! Update. Schmidt customer service is non existing, they have completely ignored our complaint against their Camberley franchise. Very frustrating! If we had known how poor both the franchise and head office customer service would be we would have taken our business elsewhere. Which is what I recommend anyone reading this does. Further update following Schmidt Camberley response; The problems we encountered were not as suggested by Schmidt Camberley, they were as a result of a poor survey, they measured our existing extractor fan then specified a new replacement unit which didn't fit! This was resolved by us having to employ a stonemason at our cost to enlarge to existing aperture. Schmidt Camberley did not offer to pay for this, they offered the unqualified services of their fitter to do the work but only if we signed a document releasing them of all responsibility should they break our stone work top! Quite incredible and unprofessional! They also threw away the new engine of the extractor leaving behind the old engine, this caused further delay in the installation. They have left our kitchen requiring further work as their installed cupboards do not reach the ceiling leaving an ugly void. Our previous cupboards were built into ceiling height. We asked for exactly the same during survey and showroom consultation. They never told us (decived us) the new ones would fall short. They even told us we should have measured ourselves!! Their offer to resolve the problems we have encountered was £200. This new part of our kitchen has cost £20,000 (inc appliances) The stonemason alone cost £200. Just another insult from an unprofessional franchise!
