Great kitchen fitted to my new build by Et Lorem, in 2021, when cracks appeared in the quartz top interface, 3 years later were very prompt in repairing it to an excellent standard. thank you!
A less usual request, to replace elements of a water-damaged island, were met with assurance and resourcefulness by the Et Lorem Beaconsfield team, with great results. Despite being a 7- year old Masterclass Kitchen, not originally installed by them and requiring matching replacement panels, corners and plinths, there was a quick and positive response to our query. From the office information to Richard's site visit to Robert's expert fitting, the experience with Et Lorem was of professionalism, excellent communication and knowledge of their products. Not a routine compliment I am sure, but for us the highest praise is that the kitchen looks like it did before (the damage) and the problem has gone away! In addition, small adjustments were made to hinges on other units, to just tighten the appearance up after several years of use... a generous and welcomed gesture that is reflective of their commitment to quality. We are really pleased with the result.
I am only half way through the build process but I am so impressed by the quality, communications and professionalism from Et Lorem. From the initial design through to this point of the build the entire team are helpful and brilliant to work with. I will post finished pictures and another review when it complete!

There is a dazzling array of kitchen furniture and trends on the market, but Jamie's in-depth knowledge and passion for design made the process so much easier. Our kitchen space has been maximised and the layout is a triumph; certainly not what we would have envisioned, which is why investing in an Et Lorem design is worth its weight in gold. Above all, we felt our needs were fully understood, our requests taken on board and we were gently encouraged to incorporate some features we may have otherwise dismissed and now absolutely love.
