   If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Excellent customer service and perfect finish on garments. Every customer touch point is effective and efficient from start to finish. The lady who works with the customer's is a class act - kind, professional and patient. I highly recommend this business, having your garments tailored to fit your body and preferences perfectly is a must!

   Fantastic place to adjust the measurements of your clothes. If you have good quality of long sleeve shirts, suits or any official uniforms this place is a great option. Very happy with the outcome. Lastly staff and environment are very pleasant.

   I have come in recently and had the length of 5 pairs of altered. One pair had a unique style of stitching that was perfectly matched. I will be back with more items soon. Thank you team for a great service! Lovely staff who are always helpful and patient and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

   I'm so not pleased with their service that I need to leave just one star, I'm sorry. I bought these trousers to shorten and they returned them to me with this terrible visible sewing as if it was a print from the sewing machine. I've tried to iron and wash them but the sign doesn't go away. I've asked the staff of the Sartoria about it because I never had a job done this way, despite many trousers I had shortened in my life. A very dismissive attitude followed, like "it is what it is". Not even an offer of discount. All in all I feel that the trousers have been ruined. They were supposed to be for my work, but I really feel it's unprofessional to go to work like this. I could have done it myself and I would have saved money, cause this doesn't look professional at all. Finally, the woman that was in the store didn't impress me at all. She was clearly impatient when she was checking how much to shorten my trousers, slightly rude and wasn't able to provide a decent explanation as of why the job was done this way. I was expecting more from an Italian sartoria.

   I took 3 ballgowns and 1 summer dress to have altered. Dress 1 has the most difficult work to be done - it is a full ballgown in taffeta, I needed extra inches round the bodice and they added a strip of black satin that matches my sash and put all the beadings back. Dress 2 was an empire waistline ball gown, I no longer fit into the bodice so I asked them to make it into a long dress. They took the under layer as the trim and put in a zip. Dress 3 was another ballgown and I needed the length take up. Dress 4 - the summer dress - needed straps, because the shirred bodice is loosing the elasticity, and take up as well but it has a lot of details and a weird hemline and they fixed it perfectly. All 4 dresses was done round about a month, and costed less than £300 and they dresses are perfection.

   I was in work and my zip broke on my jeans. I called in advance and was promptly answered and was told I could stop by and they’ll fix. I went on my lunch break and they quickly fixed the jeans whilst I sat in their fitting room (as I had no other jeans or trousers to wear!) The new zip seems all fine to me and doesn’t look any different than before so very happy with the service.

   Popped in last week to get some clothes altered, the women at the desk (sorry I didn’t catch your names!) were absolutely lovely, they worked fantastically and quickly on two items so that I could collect them on the same day and did a brilliant job! Very fair pricing too:) Thank you so much, I’m sure I will be back again!
