   Dealt with Steven at the Reading Store, (Clearance Outlet). We had a credit note and he was so easy to deal with as we used the credit note to purchase a 2 seater Natuzzi sofa. We used our own collection company and he had the sofa wrapped and ready for our handlers when they arrived to collect it. He made everything very easy and he was a pleasure to deal with.
