What's not to love about Neptune? It is always a joy to visit my local store at Hare Hatch Reading. All of the room displays give you so much inspiration, the store smells divine and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I collected my 1st "faux" Christmas Tree this week and I am really happy with it, I saw it in store and thought it looked so realistic. I went for the 7ft Windsor Nordmann Fir Christmas Tree. Liz was particularly helpful when we went to collect it, along with the Silverton Wicker Tree Skirt. Thank you!

Will, the manager at Neptune Reading is a true asset to Neptune: he is friendly with such a lovely kind nature and treats you with the utmost respect. He is always professional, extremely knowledgeable and above all, honest and transparent. Will’s design ideas are always great and with his help you end up creating a cosy and beautiful home. Over the years my family and I have bought a lot of furniture and accessories from Reading, the most recent being a dining table (I was lucky enough to get it in the sale :-)
The team are also amazing, they greet you in such a friendly manner, making you feel so welcome when you enter the store or when browsing around the beautiful & inspirational room sets. The customer service and care delivered is exceptional and always consistent whenever you go back - it’s not ‘hit or miss’ like it is in other stores.
Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team and they genuinely seem interested in you as a customer - you never feel rushed and they take so much time in helping you source the right product. Even getting a refund is hassle free if you need to return an item that you bought but didn’t work in your home. The store always smells amazing and is immaculate which makes the experience so much more enjoyable.

Visited on Friday with my husband to buy a new dinner service, and new glassware for our new kitchen as well as some paint & cushions. Managed 2 laps of the ground floor without so much a glance from a staff member. I try to support smaller businesses but with service like this il go to Selfridges and spend my money in a store where the staff cannot do enough for you. Maybe your staff should visit for some tips!

Beautiful showroom etc but ignored by members of staff at the pay desk whilst waiting to buy some paint samples. If it weren’t for another customer saying that I was before them I think I’d still be waiting now. I’d say the Saturday staff need some training in customer service and experience...
