   A friend recommended Vale to us saying the choice and service were second to none. Having been searching for new sofas for many months we decided to drive down and take a look. Our friend was not wrong! The staff in store were knowledgeable and helpful, particularly Carmen who answered all our questions. The delivery service was also excellent. We will be back next time we are looking for new furniture!

   Taken delivery of two lovely compact sofas today, it's a real shame as there are some great reviews on here for Vale Furnishings Farnham. Hopefully the lack of quality involved with assembly gets resolved in a satisfactory manner. Hopefully the arrogance of the Customer Guy is also a one off occurance??    A beautifully stocked store. We received excellent advice from Mark, whilst delivery was made by their own friendly and efficient team. To date we have purchased dining room chairs, bar stools and a snug sofa. Looking forward to returning to choose more furniture. Highly recommend both Vale stores.

   If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Having just bought a new house we were in need of furniture so we decided to check out Vale Furnishers in Farnham under the recommendation of family. They have lovely showrooms both in Farnham and Ash Vale and we were very impressed with the quality of the furniture and also how friendly and helpful each member of the team was in both stores. In the Farnham branch, Chris looked after us from the very beginning, he was so patient and attentive to our needs. He is very resourceful and very knowledgeable member of the team. For the last couple of weeks we worked together to make sure we would find everything we needed. In the time we spent together he always provided solutions or advice and alternatives while delivering excellent service. The whole team was fantastic and impeccable at all times. From time to time we were looked after by Charles and Mark who are also extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I cannot recommend this family business enough, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish and we look forward to needing more furniture in the future to go back to them! Thank you!

   Unfortunately the staff won't let me move in. I absolutely love this shop and the staff. We went in for a sofa. A standard lamp, table and throw, as well as a sofa, are now ours. A second sofa or snuggle chair could be next. I need a bigger house.

   A beautiful showroom with very high quality products, which is only surpassed by their customer services. Their non pushy sales staff were very welcoming, knowledgable, non judgemental, helpful providing great advice. I was never made to feel like I was taking too much of their time or asking too many questions. We ended up going for the roosevelt range. I can recommend this business highly enough.
