With a kitchen being a major investment, we wanted to find the right retailer. Then we met Simon and Rubina at Zara Kitchens, who are firstly, very nice people, they listened to our requirements, were very patient with us due to the never ending design changes, endless questions and even switching of kitchen manufacturers half way through the process. I lost count how many different quotes we ended up with, until we were both happy and able to proceed. We had a couple of supply issues, Simon dealt with these with no hesitation, you could tell providing excellent customer service is what Zara Kitchen Design strives for. I would not hesitate to recommend Zara Kitchens to anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen, customer service is great and the installation process is the best I've ever experienced (Matt was just exemplary in his approach to installation). Overall, a very happy customer!”

“The mark of any company is how good they are when it comes to resolving a problem, should one occur. We have a superb kitchen, but during the installation a part of the design did not fully work. Mike & Laura at Benchmarx, went out of their way to sort the issue out. New kitchen installations can be stressful, but we always felt fully supportive by this company and their employees who all went the extra mile - whether it was during the design process, the delivery of the units or in problem solving.”

There are two wonderful women (a brunette and a redhead—unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names) who went above and beyond to help me transform a challenging, long-shaped living room in my new build into a warm and cozy space. They guided me in choosing the perfect colors, accessories, and furniture placement to create zones and add warmth. The difference is incredible! Of course, I also picked up some beautiful Neptune pieces—the quality and craftsmanship are second to none. This is one of the only furniture brands that truly lives up to its promise: providing the best, most sustainable furniture that lasts a lifetime. The service at this store makes it well worth the extra drive—highly recommend!”

Staff located a new handle pack that fits exactly from elsewhere in the uk. Next day delivered it to this store for picking up. I’m very happy.
