   Had a bad experience today. Popped in for a few bits, my first time. The men in the counter was friendly and happy to help, however i was asked to go and see the mens in the yard. Drove around and waited behind their lorry that was being loaded to let them carry on with their work, one of them passed by and said that i couldn't park there. I had my engine running, just waiting for one of the persons by the door to be served so i could park. Drove forward and someone was just finishing loading cement and i was gona take his space but the same men arrogant come shouted that i couldn't park in front of the door! I know that, the men had his last bag of cement on his hands and had the van parker opposite, 2 more seconds i would be out of the way even knowing that i wasn't blocking no one in this 2 seconds. Just drove around and cancelled my order. I've being using civils and lentils/ buidbase for years and never seen like this in none of their branches. Went somewhere else and will not go back to that specific branch! We've only just started the project not far from the branch but will not be spending my useful time dealing with this service.

   Visited on a Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend. Only one person at the desk. Looked like everyone else had the day off as phone was ringing constantly and no one answered. Person in front of me waited to be served for ages and then left out of frustration. Same happened to me and I also left. Did not even get an acknowledgement of standing there whilst someone else was being served. I would have been happy to wait if at least as I was given some eye contact. You missed out on my business this time. Went elsewhere.

   Delivery wise, nice easy drive in and drive out site. Quite abit of room. Was slow to tip, took about 2 hours to tip 34 bulk bags. Only one forklifter working that day and was dealing with customers too. He kept stopping to moan to me about how he is the only one working. Just GET ON WITH IT! On a different day, might have been better
