   Amazing Service from Jack! Had an outstanding experience thanks to Jack. My order was a little incorrect due to someone else’s mistake, but he sorted it out quickly and efficiently. He made me feel really welcome, knew his stuff, and had a great can-do attitude the whole time. Excellent customer service — Jack is a real credit to the team!

   Very Poor Customer Service Slough Branch Staff could be more cooperative, especially after-sales services; they try to charge you for the replacements and missing items of your kitchen package. Howdens are good but not recommending Slough Branch.

   Very poor fitting service by Milo Kitchens. Do not use this awful kitchen company. The worst workmanship I have ever seen. Howdens have the worst after sales service. Avoid! You will pay the money and the doors will literally fall off! Then they won’t respond.

   So far awesome. They have worked hard to bring together an unusual and very bespoke kitchen. The plans and designs and communication during has been excellent! It'll be a few months before we fit but I feel good and not at all stressed about it which is all you can ask during a big project!
