We commissioned Schmidt Beaconsfield. Our advisor was Hannah. I really can’t fault anything from designing and planning to choosing our kitchen, to installation. All brilliant. Any issues were swiftly addressed. 9 months later, we are delighted.
I wouldn’t recommend this kitchen company. They are 20 percent more expensive. Very pushy to get you to sign up for the job. The planning ideas were not innovative- we used the design from another company to aid the designer . Yet every meeting we went to the design was not what had been discussed Finally We signed up in May to have the kitchen delivered in August . The kitchen was delivered incomplete. With only 1 junior fitter to do the job. We also then found out that the design lady and owner no longer worked there! The measurements of certain cabinets were incorrect perhaps because the design person used a measuring tape with my help to do the job. Not only that but then would call me to send her measurements that I needed to take myself as she had missed taking them. It’s November now and we still haven’t completed the kitchen. I’ve had 3 Schmidt kitchens and won’t be going for a fourth. Paying a premium price means not only paying for quality but paying for the service too. Which was poor and incredibly frustrating
Schmidt Kitchens in Beaconsfield designed and installed a fabulous kitchen and ‘wine-bar’ for us. Having obtained two other quotations from competitive companies, the Schmidt design and quality product really stood out for us, both in terms of how we wanted to use the kitchen and the way it looked, particularly the sleek handle-less profiles of the co-ordinating floor-to-ceiling cabinets. The Schmidt team worked well with our builders throughout the project; any small hiccups were rapidly sorted by the installation team working seemlessly with the designers. Several months on, having used the kitchen every day we’ve been home, it really is everything we wanted it to be; a beautifully designed, ultra-modern space that really works. We have no hesitation in recommending Schmidt, and in particular, the designer Hannah, who really listened to what we wanted and produced a real showpiece. A big thank-you also to Alan and the wonderful installation team!
I recently had the pleasure of engaging Hannah and her working on the design of a new kitchen for a house I was in the process of purchasing, and I can honestly say her knowledge and expertise were second to none. From start to finish, Hannah was polite, professional, and incredibly accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble. She took the time to explain different materials, finishes, and design options, clearly outlining the benefits of each choice to ensure I made fully informed decisions. Her attention to detail and understanding of my style and needs made the entire experience both enjoyable and effortless. Although unforeseen circumstances have delayed the completion of my house purchase, I will absolutely be returning to Hannah when the time comes to bring my interior design to life. I wholeheartedly recommend her expertise to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and genuinely caring interior designer.
Extremely satisfied with our Schmidt kitchen and additional furniture in our living room, bedroom, bar area in TV/games room and entrance hall. Customer service excellent, design process very smooth and delivered exactly to our taste and brief. Installation was quick, tidy and performed to a very high standard. Very good value for money, every component well made and robust. Schmidt Beaconsfield delivered to a very high standard and for a very reasonable price, I have no hesitation in recommending them and have done so already to several friends.
Our designer, Rashida, has been excellent. She has creative ideas and she is very responsive when we contact her. She has introduced us to the various tradesmen needed to complete the work - electrician, decorator and fitter. The work is yet to be completed, but a timeframe has been agreed. The company has a good range of products to choose from and they can purpose build everything to fit your individual needs. I would definitely recommend this company. Update : Our project was completed in December and we are delighted with it.
SCHMIDT sales, design and installation teams were excellent in every respect from our initial showroom visit to discuss our furniture design ideas right through to the final agreed furniture scheme and installation of our lounge and study furniture in our new home.
I would like to thank Rashida for her amazing ideas, together with her personable Customer service, she took the time to listen to our choices and gave excellent ideas on how we would make the kitchen work for us. Unfortunately we inherited a family members kitchen that was ideal so did not progress, however would definitely recommend Schmidt and Rashida to anyone and would turn to her in the future. Thank you to Schmidt Beaconsfield! You are totally amazing! Kiera has been incredible creating a fabulous kitchen that meets my needs and wishes as well as wardrobe design. Buying a kitchen is not like buying a pair of shoes…. You cannot make a mistake. You do not browse. I had so much angst. Other places I visited were uncomfortable. In complete contrast Kiera was amazing from the moment I walked in the door at Schmidt Beaconsfield with my unformed ideas. Based on these vague ideas, Kiera spent many hours to untangle my thoughts and create something I love. Kiera was so patient: guided but did not second-guess - so I was totally secure in the choices for my home. Kiera created a kitchen that I love which took into account t everything which was in my head for style and space but I could not clearly articulate. I am thrilled with my new kitchen.I will love it for many years! It’s definitely not a pair of shoes. Thank you so much to Kiera and Schmidt Beaconsfield! You are awesome!
