Chairs arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the wooden slats broke after 10 days. It was most likely a fracture in the wood. Within 2 days a replacement had been arranged and I’m awaiting delivery. Great customer service.
I didn’t end up buying from Field & Hawken (no fault of theirs) but their customer service was exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others!!
An utter shambles in terms of customer service. We paid in good faith, expecting delivery in 2-3 weeks. In the end we got our bench over 3 months later. At no point did this Company actively try to inform us about what was happening or to offer any form of compensation. The bench is wonderful (now we have it)but the way they treated us was appalling and I think it is very important that potential new customers are aware.
I recently bought a 3.5m garden parasol from Andrew and cannot praise the customer service enough! After a mistake on my behalf on the ordering, Andrew fixed it immediately, and dispatched the parasol and cover much sooner than I expected. After all of that, the umbrella and cover are lovely, very high quality and the parasol in particular is so much easier to raise and lower than a previous one. Thanks so much Andrew!
I purchased a banana bench from Field & Hawken and liked it so much and the professional way in which I was dealt with I bought a second one! On receipt of this one it had been damaged in transit. I contacted the company,(Kirsty) who couldn’t have been more helpful. She arranged to have a replacement sent out to me within days and collected the damaged one. The customer service that I received was exemplary, first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products.
Brilliant company to deal with, they kept me up to date regularly with my order that they were waiting for to come back into stock and items arrived earlier than expected which was wonderful. The quality of the items are outstanding. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to all my friends and family. Used a reliable shipping company and they came well protected. After searching lots of website I came across Field and Hawken. I called them for some advice and they could not have been more helpful. They even speeded the delivery so we had the furniture in good time for a sunny weekend. Furniture is great quality and looks fantastic.
