   Disappointed - didn't respond to e-mail inquiry (Wickes have already been out to see us & start the design work), and when I followed up, I was told on the phone (!) that unless I would commit to buy and install before the end of this month then I can't have an appointment until next month...pretty unfriendly/non-customer focused approach in my humble opinion...so I gave up, will give the business elsewhere even if it is more expensive...

   The guys at Howdens Wallingford have been outstanding for our Kitchen, Appliances and work tops. In particular Adam Tilley has been patient, professional and informative. Adam took us through a series of designs with various costs showing us what would or wouldn't work. When we had a slight problem he was all over it and resolved it. Great team. Well done. I would bave no issues recommending them.
