I popped into the store after being in need of a table and chairs last minute. The guys were so helpful they not only gave us a great discount on a quality piece of furniture but they also delivered within the hour! Can’t fault them one bit. 10/10

Pine & Oak produced a pair of Avon oak benches for us to bespoke measurements. The finished products look excellent and conform exactly to the specified measurements. They are also very good value given the material that they are made from and the ability to specify dimensions.
We live pine & oak some really unique furniture, pictures & orniments. We have purchased on many occasions. We find the staff just the best, so welcoming and helpful. We had two wedding pictures made into liquid art too and wow they are just amazing !
Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Avoid like the plague. Their website reads that items will be assembled on delivery. There was no option to add assembly when I placed my order online. When the product was delivered I was told I had not arranged assembly. When I called I was promised a call back that never materialised. Sent an email with screenshots to show how misleading their website is, and all I got back was we have passed your email to the website department and if I wanted my Item assembled it would cost £299. I asked for the Director’s email address so that I could raise the matter further, to be told he was aware of my emails. Someone needs to teach some customer service. Not even an apology. Buy at your risk.
Good variety of products, not necessarily good value for money. Need to be selective.
I ordered a coffee table and it arrived covered in a thick layer of dust, with ugly black lines across the top of it and the stain used comes off on my little boys pyjamas. Really unimpressed. I emailed them but got a blithe response claiming ‘it’s part of the charm’. When we viewed the furniture in person I saw no thick black lines and the stain rubbing off onto fabric is unacceptable. Very disappointed
We bought a beautiful oak dining table from here and we are so happy with it. It’s solid and great quality. It came with four chairs and it was actually reduced from £1200 to £400! The staff were also really friendly and helpful and delivery was prompt and faultless. I would definitely recommend Pine and Oak Furniture!

Supplied lots of options to think about and mentioned services I didn't know they offered like custom builds or slight changes to the furniture you're after so it meets your needs. Fantastic. How I wish I had read the other poor reviews before visiting this company. On the face of things, they are welcoming and friendly. But the minute they have your money, it’s a different story. There’s a no refund policy if you change your mind, even if there’s been no financial outlay on their part. This is written on the back of the invoice (which you receive after you’ve paid), and is apparently on a sign in the showroom, but is certainly not advised to you verbally before you commit your money. The minute anything goes wrong, the customer service is appalling. We have a bed frame that is transferring the brown wax colour to our expensive white sheets and pillow cases. This will not wash out! Their response was that this had never happened before, and to get an old towel and rub the bed frame down to soak up the excess wax. I wasn’t averse to doing this, despite not really thinking I should have to, but when I asked what they would do about my bed set, they told me to wash it on a hot wash with Vanish! When I said that I had done this twice, they reverted to telling me to rub down the bed frame and it should sort it out. At this point, I said that the bed frame wasn’t fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (a fact my legal advice line had confirmed to me). Their tone then became what I can only describe as threatening, and I was told ‘that was a nasty conversation I didn’t want to have.’ After pushing to say I wanted to know what they would do about my bed set, she said she would speak with the owner. The response? They would not compensate me for the damage. Not even an apology. I have now read numerous appalling reviews about the customer service from this company, and plenty about poor workmanship. It’s a shame as, on the face of it, they’re a local manufacturer whom I would have supported in the future. Instead, I am honestly stunned at how they have remained trading with so many dissatisfied customers. I would fight my case except, in our case, I can only hope for a refund of a credit note due to their refusal to refund an order we were unable to proceed with earlier in the year. And I do not want to waste another minute dealing with this company.
