   Fantastic store. I had looked up some mattresses online and wanted to try them out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Evie who kindly and quickly directed me to the mattresses I wanted to try. I had indicated I might like to try some other mattresses, so after trying the first ones I went back to Evie who had already made a list of appropriate mattresses in the same price range! Outstanding service. After thinking about it for a couple of days I went back to make the purchase; the process was silky smooth and all the details surrounding warranties, trials, etc. were clearly and concisely explained. Still waiting for my mattress as only ordered a couple days ago, but looking forward to it!

   Staff were very polite helpful and friendly. The offer of a drink was welcome. And we were left alone to try out the items on display, until we felt ready for advice. Which for us is a big thing. We didn't take the offer of sleepmatch. All in all a good shopping experience. Hopefully the Mattress will speak for itself.

   We used Dreams again based on previous good experience with our last bed. They didn't disappoint! Very welcoming and helpful in guiding us. We loved that they were no pushy sales tactics, just knowledge and advice. Roxanna was really great and helped us, despite the shop being busy, she still managed to help others also, which ahows her attention to her customersis outstanding.

   The insurance taken out in good faith is not worth the money or the paper it’s printed on. The ‘assessor’ arrived weeks late with… a piece of string to apparently assess the integrity of the bed. I thought I was on a hidden camera show.

   Popped in to Dreams today to buy a new matress after being satisfied with a previous matress from the store. Liked the new technology for 'assessing' your sleeping position and aches and pains! Trusting the very pleasent, polite and knowledgeable young salesman called Ollie - we can only hope the matress does what it claims - a good nights sleep! Honestly, whereas thinking this would be a daunting way to spend a sunday morning being given the usual salesman pitch, this was a very pleasant experience with coffee supplied, plenty of beds to try and lots of advice given with no rush ! Will review again after christmas! Thankyou.
