This is the second time our company has purchased from RBF Ltd. The furniture was in great condition and exactly what we needed. We ordered credenzas, sideboards and adjustable desks with pedestals, and everything was spot on. The team at RBF were professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We ordered a round table and had it delivered within a couple of days. The two guys delivering were great and brought the table in to a room of our choice and started to build the table, but noticed one of the tabletop sections had a split laminate on an edge. I didn't notice this until it was pointed out, and they kept saying they couldn't leave it like that and called their manager. They were very apologetic and left with the damaged section and returned back in the time-frame given and completed the installation. I have used Recycled Business Furniture before and they still have the same mindset of customer satisfaction. I cannot fault them in any way and highly recommend their services.

This company provides an excellent service. I needed an ergonomic office chair after years of unhealthy posture and back pain using a “racing style” chair. Whist a worthy investment, picking the right ergonomic chair that fits your body and preferences is a very personal decision. Unfortunately these chairs are too expensive to get stuck with the wrong one. David at the showroom have been excellent through my experience with them. Not only he really knows his subject really well, but also he is a genuinely nice guy to talk to. He even went out of his way to help me inflate my tyres, as I had a flat tyre warning. They had an excellent choice of chairs in stock and many examples of each to choose from in their warehouse. I purchased two chairs Haworth Zody and Herman Miller Aeron Remastered from them. I have to say the chairs were in very good condition, considering their price compared to brand new from the manufacturer. They were prepared very well, clean and all functions working as new. They had some small marks here and there, but overall excellent value for money. It’s very difficult to justify spending money for a new one, when this service is available. Unfortunately I couldn’t get comfortable enough to commit to either (completely personal choice due to destroying my back over the years) and they provided me with a refund without any hassle. Sign of an excellent company, when things aren’t going as intended. I genuinely felt bad for not being able to stick with one of these given the good service, condition and value for money. But I ended up with another which fitted me perfectly. Highly recommend this company.
