   Visited this store in July-25 and received great support. We ended up purchasing a few items as we were furnishing 2 rooms. The store manager, Sam, provided great assistance and even visited our house on the Sunday morning to review what items, finishes and colours would fit in best in the new surroundings. We now look forward to delivery in a few months and years of enjoyment of these Italian masterpieces!

Jeff also offered loads of advice on the different types and sizes of the sofas available and the best colour choices for feet. Would highly recommend shopping here. Sofas are a fantastic quality.

   Met with Jeff today. Very knowledgeable of all the sofas and chairs. Very helpful and polite and with his guidance we ended up purchasing a corner sofa with recliner seats built in. Before today we had struggled to find the right sofa for us. Left the shop very satisfied with our purchase, thank Jeff. A great credit to the company.

   Jeff the store manager was amazingly helpful, very knowledgeable and not at all hard sell. We popped in on Saturday and he was plumping up the cushions at the front of the store , turned to us with a bright smile and asked if he could help. We said we were merely browsing and he left us alone except to answer our queries, and gave us a cheery goodbye nonetheless and said we were welcome anytime. We went back today and bought a £6 k sofa. Natuzzi is a fantastic brand enhanced by such pride in it from Jeff and his team. I’ve no doubt the delivery experience will live up to such excellent first impressions. Lovely showroom too.
