   MKM NORWICH - faultless customer service from purchase to delivery. Kevin was very friendly and helpful, excellent when we had to postpone our delivery due to our dates being changed for the work to start. Laura was an absolute star when we rang to confirm the delivery the day before as it was a different time to what we had arranged and we were not expecting them to be able to change anything at that late stage although we had made other arrangements throughout the day, but again absolutely faultless and she got everything sorted for us which we weren’t expecting. We live on a steep hill round the corner on a cul-de-sac and have been here for decades so we know the problems that we get with any deliveries. However, Ivan was absolutely faultless. He was the equivalent of an Olympic gold star as well. I cannot fault MKM Norwich excellent customer care excellent service good prices on products-a rare thing to find in this day and age. My husband was in the building trade for over 30 years locally and even he was impressed. What a team congratulations.

   I received an email stating, "Hoodies on the house while stocks last," which enticed me to visit the store. Naturally, I expected a positive and welcoming experience. However, when I simply asked for a price, I was met with a condescending response: "You wouldn’t ask for the price of a pint or a meal in a pub and question it." This kind of attitude is unhelpful and dismissive. Unlike a pub where prices are clearly displayed, many products and services require clarification before making a purchase. Asking for a price shouldn’t be treated as an unreasonable request. A business should welcome customer inquiries, not shut them down with sarcastic remarks.

   I have used MKM as my main supplier for a number of years now, these are my reasons; Stock - they always have what i need. If there is something I need that requires special order, it is there when i need it. Pricing - they constantly review my account, purchase history and new orders. I have never asked for discount because the business manager conscientiously does this for me. Branch Staff - all staff within the branch are very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble for them. Having got to know them over the years, they all give 100% of their time Yard Staff - as above, the people that help load the materials are amazing at what they do. It is very helpful that everything is brought to the vehicle and then helped to load. I give credit to everyone there and thank them for constantly providing an absolutely incredible service. Additionally, I use their hire service. Ian and his colleagues offer first rate service and extremely competitive prices. The delivery costs me £15.00 each way, a small fee considering what is involved, and so i can stay on site knowing the equipment will arrive within the timeframe. I highly recommend the hire service MKM provide.

   Oh…. where do I begin with Aaron and his aquatic adventures at the plumbing paradise he’s immersed in? Let me tell you, my experiences are so delightful! Firstly, let's talk about Aaron's customer service skills – they're tighter than a well-sealed pipe. His knowledge about plumbing and bathroom products is so vast; I half expected him to pull out a plunger and start giving us a tutorial on unclogging life's problems! Now, Aaron's flexibility is like a perfectly bent copper pipe – adaptable and ready for any twist and turn. And I tell you what - I do give him a few… he ‘LOVES’ ‘em! And let's not forget Aaron's personality – it's like a warm shower on a chilly morning. He's so affable; you'd think he was born with a pipe wrench in one hand and a toilet plunger in the other. His charm could even make a leaky bog feel appreciated. But here's the real kicker – when things go haywire, Aaron pulls out all the stop cocks! Its like he summons the plumbing gods themselves to fix the situations. I haven't seen someone troubleshoot that smoothly since Mario tackled those pesky pipes. In conclusion, if you need plumbing and bathroom related products with a side of laughter and exceptional service, Aaron's your guy. He'll make your plumbing journey as smooth as a well-flushed toilet. Thanks a million, Aaron – you've earned a five-star rating and a standing ovation in the plumbing hall of fame!    What a joke! Took ages getting my decking in after I was told a few days, then asked for the correct decking clips to go with the decking, only to find that after struggling with over 30m2 and 4 hours that they supplied the wrong clips!! Don't bother giving me your email to discuss this, I'll be coming do sort this out!! I'll be going back to Jewsons

   I was the only person on the forecourt and was ignored for 10minutes. Waving down staff, visibly looking for help, checking the warehouse where I was ignored and customer service point where no staff stood. When I had no luck I checked inside and explained what was happening. Without a reply from the woman at the counter she walked out of the shop floor and on to the yard. I presumed she was going to find me someone. Someone came shortly after with nothing but an attitude for what I should have done to get their attention. I explained to him that I was actively and visibly trying to get help and the attention of the staff here. There were 6 members of staff that all at one point or another noticed me and ignored my signal for help. Short of chasing the forklifts I was not going to get help without attitude. The member of staff didn't apologise for the wait or the entire teams negligence to me as a customer, being the ONLY person waiting and asking for assistance. I cannot believe the service I received.
