   5 Stars!!! Outstanding customer service and superb quality kitchen installation. The whole process was seamless, from the initial design process with Naomi, and the ongoing communication throughout the project. The Schmidt quality is a great example of German engineering. The worktops and splashback give a luxury feel. There were 2 minor snagging issues - one of which Naomi spotted and had replaced, the other I noticed and was immediately dealt with by Scott. That demonstrates excellent customer service. In summary, I would recommend a Schmidt kitchen to all my friends and family.

   From our first meeting with Ian in the showroom to his final visit to our house to check the worktop installation, customer service has been second to none. We were impressed from the start by Ian's explanation of the Schmidt product and all the many design features which make it superior to others on the market. He designed our kitchen methodically, with careful attention to detail, and was never thrown when we changed structural elements of the space. When we were tearing our hair out due to problems in our building project, Ian was always calm and reassuring, finding ways to reschedule things over which he had control, which was invaluable. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Ian at Schmidt Norwich.

   Excellent customer service, superb design vision, great communication, and attention to detail. Highly recommended. We've recently completed our kitchen transformation with Schmidt Norwich. Both Bella and Naomi were excellent throughout, providing well beyond the expected service. We came to Schmidt with an idea of what we wanted, and with their expert guidance, we've created a beautiful "New York Loft" inspired space. Special credit must also go to the installer, Jev. The units and worktops are of high quality, but the care and attention provided during installation has really lifted the end result. A great team, a great company, and a great product. You must visit if you're thinking of revamping your kitchen.

   Excellent service from start to finish. Naomi is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the design, and was on-hand whenever we needed advice or had any questions. She knew what would and wouldn't work in the space that was to be our new kitchen, provided great designs and was very patient with us. We love every aspect of our Schmidt kitchen. It looks and feels very well-made and solid, and it will look great for years to come, I'm sure. We were also very impressed with Lee, the installation guy. He was really efficient, methodical and tidy, going above and beyond what was expected of him. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend Schmidt to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

   Having had several kitchens designed without finding the right fit, I came across Schmidt and as soon as I walked into the showroom, it was clear that this was the place for me! Ian really took the time to listen to my needs and preferences for my kitchen, explaining the entire planning and ordering process in detail. It felt like a collaborative effort, resulting in a beautiful and practical custom kitchen and TV wall. The ordering and delivery process was seamless, with Ian and his team maintaining excellent communication every step of the way. The aftercare service was also excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Schmidt to anyone in search of a high-quality, tailor-made kitchen.

   We went to Ian at Schmidt with our idea of a dream kitchen and our budget, and he absolutely delivered. Faultless service, kept up to date throughout and great aftercare. We renovated the whole house so the kitchen has been in for about a year. We wouldn’t change a thing about the kitchen and love it as much as we did on the day it went in. The whole service from planning to delivery to aftercare has been second to none. We cannot recommend Ian and Schmidt highly enough. Thank you Ian and the team

Also, it was all delivered and sorted in the exact timescales promised. We are especially pleased with the bespoke pantry cupboard.

   I am delighted with our Schmidt kitchen that was fitted earlier this year and can't recommend them highly enough. We had looked at a couple of different companies beforehand, but felt the Schmidt choice and quality far exceeded the others. Ian was great to work with; he understood our needs and designed something that incorporated everything we wanted within budget and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to choosing the appliances. I am so glad we chose the Dekton worktop, it is so hard wearing and looks fabulous.The entire process was pretty seamless from start to finish and Scott, Carrie and the team were all very patient when I kept popping in the shop to try out colour swatches. A special mention must also be given to Darren our kitchen fitter, he was brilliant! A perfectionist and a very skilled craftsman.

   Our property was completely stripped out following a flood and, after a year without a kitchen, we were keen to get a replacement underway. We approached a few kitchen companies for quotes but were disappointed with what felt like a complete lack of interest on the part of the reps and the initial appointments we were offered were weeks away. It was a different experience when we went to Schmidt in Norwich. Scott was really approachable and enthusiastic without there being any hard sell. After listening to what we were looking for, Ian produced wonderful plans which really took on board our style and gave us all the extras we asked for whilst keeping within our budget. We were kept up-to-date with production progress and on the day of delivery Ian attended the property, along with our own installer, to check that every component was right. Delivery was faultless with nothing missing or broken. Although we used our own installer, Ian was always available to deal with any queries and came along at the end to check that everything had been done correctly and to our satisfaction. We have also received follow up calls to check that there are no problems. The kitchen is beautiful, the layout works perfectly and the fittings are of exceptional quality. Having worked in it now for 5 months there is nothing we would change and it is still a pleasure to use. We can’t recommend Ian and Scott highly enough - they provided us with a seamless, stress-free experience and a fabulous Schmidt kitchen.
