Their delivery prices are an absolute farce. People who even live in NR1 still have to pay a £30 charge, they tried justifying this bs further by saying oh it is for up to 8 items.. if that is the case, delivery should be alot cheaper for those with 1 item as less lorry space taken up..i wont fund it

Hate doing this because it’s a charity but the delivery and state of my item is so inadequate and the manager is rude. Bought a vanity table which came to £75 with delivery. The other item we ordered came fine. My table came scratched on multiple sides with a big one at the front, when calling the manager she said “well you knew it was damaged so I don’t get why you’re calling” - we agreed to a damaged hinge, not an utterly scratched top compared to the pristine condition I bought it in (I have before & after pics). When asked for a partial refund she said we can have £10 so 1/7th of what I paid but again, she was reluctant to saying this and had such a rude attitude when doing so. Also, I highly recommend that you actually clean things/ clean things out BEFORE selling, who’s keys are these?

This shop sells great furniture at very affordable prices! They also offer delivery of items for a fee. Most of the staff are usually polite and helpful although some members of staff don't seem to be too happy to assist..

Large charity shop in city centre located on castle meadow selling and accepting donations of furniture and good quality electrical items. I had a couple of mains powered lamps that I recently donated they were happy to accept. They also took my CDS/DVDS, although they don’t sell them in that particular store they took them to pass over to another BHF store that does. The person who served me was friendly and polite.

Amazing staff, amazing range and very busy store. 90% of prices are amazing and the odd few are OTT.

Thank you for the delivery. Really appreciate you not knocking on my door and leaving the furniture in the garden for us to put in the house ourselves which has resulted in a ripped kitchen lino in our rented property. No deposit back for us. I could have been a frail old lady wanting that furniture who has no help. It was 2 reasonably not strong females who couldn't pick up the wardrobe easily. Ripped floor with dirt because of the dirt from the garden. Really disappointed. Great prices though the store staff are amazing. Delivery service can be improved. Greatly.

Absolutely awful service from Caz Lewis, they showed me a futon - sofa bed. And we agreed that i will llook around and come back later, if cant find anything, lady named Caz promissed to keep it. I returned back to the shop in less then an hour and they told me that product is sold to smeone else. When i was disappointed, they told me that they dont reserve anything. And there is nothing they can do. With their smiles on their faces proudly said they are in training and thats why they make mistakes. Absolutely horrible service and arrogant staff (Coz and Lewis) treating people like dirt

Not so good work at your Norwich Furniture store today. I have bought quite a few items from them in the past, as well as recommending other people to the store. I will no longer be shopping there and will tell my friends the same. I asked if they could hold a sofa and two armchairs for an hour or so as the wife wanted to see them before we bought, and was quite rudely told that you are not allowed to do that. Seems a shame as that's a lost sale. Oh, and your "fast" delivery service? 5 days does not constitute fast for an item that is on the shop floor....
