   Customer Service is atrocious! We purchased some laminate flooring but the online measuring tool made us buy 2 extra packs, we deliberately done a click and collect order as now their policy states refunds are not allowed when you just walk in the store and buy something. We went to "Customer service" and the woman was extremely rude and said NO REFUNDS. We then told her she's wrong as its click and collect, she then asked which store did you order from, it was Sprowston. She then said nope. You can take it there as you got it from there. The best thing that could of ever happened to homebase is liquidation at its a terrible company that seems to only hire people suited for the prison service.

   I came in to buy a Sophia Oyster chair, the one I wanted was on sale and on display on the top shelf. Great I thought, that was easy, took the chair to the desk you can't buy that it's a live chair for display purposes. I left went home and told my wife and she said let's get another colour. Drove all the way back the next day and the one on the top shelf had gone, I went to the counter and guess what. It had been sold. Total waste of time and money.

   Not great service. Cashier needs to go back to customer service training, she's rather rude and abrupt. Some good offers on garden items. Lots of plants outsude. Small store, best going to Sprowston branch for.more range of products.

   Cannot thank Ally/ Ali enough, I went in super stressed due to trying many paint testers and still not finding a neutral I liked to go with the green I had selected. She took time to help me chose, was very knowledgable & kind. The colour I came away with looks beautiful. Saved me many more trips to Norwich and anymore wasted time. Thank you!

   Very useful and well priced key cutting service. Doesn't take all keys so just be mindful of that when you come, but successfully did a few copies of a standard house key for me. Thank you :)

   It appears to me all Homebase stores are designed to look exactly the same, it's a poor picture from what it used to be like, very limited stock in fact I usual can't seem to buy what I need, this time it took me a long time to find what I needed, there was very little staff around to help, just the young lady at the till, who by the way was extremely nice

   It's been a while since I have been to this store I remember it being alot bigger but not that someone new would notice... There is also a 'Bathstore' within the this shop. There is a big selection of items, the staff where very polite and knowledgeable about the products. It's ideally placed with other major retailers on the same reatil Park.
