Fantastic staff. Really helpful and great at understanding my project every time I have been in, then suggesting the right thing for the job! Managed to find the right bit of kit for all the work i’ve been doing after moving into a new place.
me and my friend were looking for a product that they unfortunately did not have. However Paul was very very helpful in guiding us and giving us ideas of where we might find it such as the b&q website. He was great and very helpful!!

Do not get your kitchen from B&Q!! We had their kitchen design team design us a kitchen and they can’t of looked at our kitchen as the measurements were so far out when the kitchen turned up nothing was even close to fitting. We would of sent it back but having waited 2 months for delivery and our kitchen had been ripped out already we had to improvise. Our plumber had to move all the plumbing again after coming previously to fit the plumbing according to the plans which cost us extra, once the kitchen was adapted and fitted there was lots missing like kitchen worktops which their designer hadn’t ordered enough of and they tried to make us pay for more. It took 9 months for the final parts to be delivered there was always excuses made as to why it couldn’t be delivered, claimed that it had been delivered and another time that they knocked and no one was there. We have been waiting for nearly a year for compensation and they are offering pence, now when we email or call they ignore us . Only time we get a reply is when we travel into store and they promise us the world only to be ignored again once we leave.
I do wish that they had prices/ made prices visible on products! There were a few things I liked but because I wasn't prepared to run around looking for a price, I left it. However, I did like their electrical appliance and battery re cycling box.
