   Nice looking showroom with some great furniture. Staff were helpful and non-pushy which I really appreciate. They asked me if I needed any help, answered any questions and let me continue browsing at my own pace. When I returned William was really helpful and helped me pick the right sofa for me. Great service.

   We had a really nice experience in the Norwich Natuzzi Store where Rhianna assisted us in ordering a footstool to match to sofa we purchased a few years ago. She went to great lengths to ensure it matched, she was friendly and professional. Rhianna also assisted in find our older order from a different system, so that we could find the exact measurements. Highly recommend!

   Fantastic service from Rhianna - she really knew everything we needed to know that was important for us in finding the right sofa. We also met Matthew & he was also a pleasure to deal with & found us the right price. Maybe not the cheapest but by far the best sofas & service was exceptional.

   Popped to the Sprowston Norwich site as there are quite a few furniture stores . Natuzzi was the only one i felt relaxed by not being chased around the store by salespeople. We was greeted as we went in and simply asked if we had any queries or question just ask. The service provided by Will and Matt was exceptional and we left more than pleased with the sofas we had purchased. We will definitely recommend the store to our friends and will be the first place we go to if we need to buy again.

   Great experience with Dani. She discussed a range of options, listened to our thoughts and shared her own. She remembered our names from a visit the previous day as well which was a delight after some less than enthusiastic competitors. We toured the whole retail park for new sofa options and the quality and premium design at Natuzzi paired with Dani's attention to detail and friendly approach easily won over the cost. That being said, she worked hard to put together a deal we were comfortable with.

   Dani, with a little help from Liam, in Norwich made the stress of choosing a new sofa just like shopping with friends. The sofas are just amazing and the service was the icing on the cake. So much so that I went back 2 weeks later and purchased an additional chair - same amazing service received with a welcoming "Hello Paul, how are you?"

Service from deliverer was of the highest standard, shoes removed when entering property and everything cleaned on leaving.    Natuzzi new shop in Norwich. Don't be shy go have a look. They have a fantastic showroom of high quality and stunning looking sofas. Lots of choices and colours. You can browse as long as you like. No pushy sales persons. Oh did we mention great prices also. Big thank you to Peter who made our decision very easy and of course the boss.

   What a wonderful store .A beautiful showroom with high quality stylish furniture, as you would expect from Natuzzi . What makes this store truly stand out is the helpful, knowledgable, and friendly staff . No hard sell or following you around the showroom, just there when you need any help or information with a friendly unobtrusive approach Thank you so much Dani for being an absolute star and joy to deal with.So pleased with the our choice of furniture and side tables etc and hopefully they will look great when they arrive Dani and the rest of the store team have made the whole experience of buying furniture such a pleasure.....and considering when we first went in we were only looking for something to go with our existing sofas we seem to have made a huge leap to a whole new corner suite , but was happy to do so with the expertise and help in this store . Dani you are truly a lovely lady and we are genuinely grateful for your time and attention and patience. Our thanks also to the very helpful colleagues for lifting tables etc around for us to see against the furniture, and of course the wonderful store Manager Liam for all he did to make sure we we felt comfortable and valued as customers, and that the price we have paid is one which we are very happy with. Would I recommend this store ? 110% yes ! WELL DONE Natuzzi Editions team Norwich ,we are very happy customers thank you.
