   Really great service and the new sofa bed has been awesome. Admittedly it was way more confusing to complete the set up but the mechanism is so much better for it. Got great service via the Chat and an agent suggested we speak as would be easier- it was and I got better options as a result. So nice to connect with a human and the delivery was well organised and timed.

   I wasn't expecting a great experience when buying a mattress! When we entered we were greeted by Dennis and asked if we needed help, we said we just wanted to browse, he was not pushy at all. We then tried a mattress and Dave was there with pillows to enhance the experience. We tried the dream machine and then we're told what we needed, it was great. We came back the next day and completed the purchase with Dave. It was a surprisingly good experience, looking forward to the delivery experience now!

   Ben and Sean gave us fantastic service. Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time and space to choose our mattress. The Sleepmatch machine was a game changer! We were greeted immediately and offered drinks upon entering and were even offered pillows to use to try out mattresses properly which was a nice touch. Can’t fault the service and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to buy anything bed-related.

   It's not often I am able to say these words about a company, but on this occasion I can say that from the initial visit to the showroom to the delivery of our order, the service was excellent. Steve in the showroom was friendly, & experienced & with our needs & with no pressure explained options, giving us time to assess what was available. Having made a decision, the follow-up contact prior to delivery was again excellent. On delivery day the team contacted us, & with skill & helpfulness completed the job perfectly. We are happy to recommend Dreams Norwich, with our reservation.

   Was a brilliant visit. Friendly staff who greeted me when I arrived and answered by queries well. Daniel looked after me very well, offered me a hot drink and make sure I knew everything I needed. Placed my order easily and speedily. A pleasant experience all round.

   I had a fabulous experience from start to finish .Welcomed by Sean who was very professional and knowledgeable about beds and mattresses.l liked the idea of the sleep match and the pillow to try out several beds .Did not feel pressurised to buy at all .All in all a great experience Staff were fabulous Sean really impressed me A lovely chap you are lucky to have him

   Had such wonderful help from Dennis at the weekend that we couldn't stop talking about what a great experience our visit to the Dreams store was - such a contrast to other stores in the same retail park where we were either ignored or trapped in pushy sales pitches in some cases. Dennis gave us a warm and friendly welcome, was happy to let us browse for a while before sensing that we might need some of the help we said we didn't need at first - and gave us lots of great information on our choices, as well as some pillows so we could test laying on the beds properly! We went away to mull over our decision and have now ordered a mattress from Dreams - while we did this online in the end, I can absolutely say it was Dennis and our in-store experience that made up our minds, and was definitely worth the trip. Really really impressed
