   We had amazing service from Angie at Whiffler Road. We had never bought a kitchen before, and made lots of small changes during the design process but nothing was too much trouble, and we are so happy our experience so far.    A great experience dealing with Howdens Whiffler Rd in Norwich. The kitchen build quality is outstanding as well as the price, we couldn’t be more pleased. Our contact Angie had the patience of a saint for those last minute changes and nothing was too much trouble. We love the kitchen so much, we’ve just ordered the utility too!

   No after sales service available unless a trades person is employed first.Best in hindsight to buy your own from a normal store this way you can easily replace items at you own liberty.

   Absolutely appalling! Got served by the rudest lady on our visit into the Norwich store today. She did not want to help at all. She didn't listen to a single thing that we wanted and she looked at us like we were stupid when we explain what we wanted. We said that we needed curved cupboard doors for out kitchen island and she goes off and come back and says that they are being discontinued. When I got home I looked on the website and they are very much still getting sold. She clearly just did not want our business. Very disappointed will be never go back there for a kitchen. Do not recommend.

   We were very pleased with the service provided by Claire at Howdens Norwich. She was very professional from start to finish, listening, advising and producing exactly what was required within budget. Also extremely pleasant and patient with an elderly customer which was very much appreciated. The quality of the kitchen was very good and the design worked perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
