   Picked up some furniture today that I had ordered and paid for the night before. Decided after purchase that I wanted to change one of the items for something slightly different and thought that would cause a but of an issue. I was wrong! Mark on the order collection desk sorted it in no time at all. Really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Good service, always appreciated. Thank you Mark.

   Hi recently went to Boundary Road, Norwich B and Q, and had an appointment with Michelle Pratt. She was excellent, showed me what my new kitchen would look like. I ordered on my 2nd appointment. I was so happy with the service that I have just gone back to ordered my bathroom with her. I would totally recommend seeing Michelle for a desgn and excellent customer service.

   Ordered a complete kitchen and was impressed with the in store service. However, they contacted to arrange delivery and I missed the call but called back literally 30 minutes later. The call was from a mobile number, was not answered and went to a BT call minder service: hardly a professional way to act. I left a message asking to change the date, but the call was not returned. I called the next day, left a message then nothing. Today I found a different number to call and am told it is impossible to change the day on the day prior to delivery. I am also told an important item is out of stock, which I only know as I called them. The person on the phone was not exactly helpful so I called to complain. It was suggested I refuse the delivery tomorrow when they called with a time; what a waste of their time and ours. The lesson is DON’T BUY YOUR KITCHEN FROM B&Q

   We ordered kitchen units, but the delivery date keeps changing even though we are on a tight moving schedule. They don’t allow cancellations, leaving us stuck with their arbitrary timelines. Very unreliable service & no respect for customer's time. Edit: everything their "designer" designed is apparently badly design, not fitting into the kitchen well. Find a proper designer! Waste of time & money.

   Today, I visited their garden center section to pick up some plant pots and potting mixture. This will be my last attempt to save my houseplants, which aren’t doing as well as they were when I bought them from this store last year. Despite being a large store, I found what I needed pretty quickly. I headed straight to the garden section, grabbed a bag of potting mixture, and was through the self-service kiosk and back in my car in less than 10 minutes. This included asking a friendly staff member for directions to the plant pots. Finding a space to park has never been a problem at this store.

   Exceptionally rude staff. Nobody is ever will to help and when they do it’s begrudgingly. If the hall rd store were closer I would go there. Avoid this store if you can!

   Think this is a really decent B&Q staff really go out there way to help and assist you as you need.. there really good at what they know in this store. Only had a issue once with some electrical products which could of been resolved easier than it was.

   Good size store with a huge free carpark. Good garden section also. Would have given 5 stars but for 1 member of staff who had no product Knowledge and couldn't be bothered to look it up on the computer right in front of her. Thank goodness for Jamie who was excellent, extremely helpful, excellent customer service.

   It's the biggest B&Q in the Norwich area, it holds alot of items on today's vist everything was well stock, the staff were polite but not as knowledgeable as we were hoping for on this occasion. A longer wait at the tills as only one till open and the self-service tills were closed. There are customer toilets situated at the rear of the store near the lighting department. We managed to find what we were looking for, after a while..
