   My husband and I had a very pleasant and highly successful visit to Furniture Village in Norwich a week ago. We were rather desperate for some new chairs for Christmas. Most fortunately we met a man called Dan, a fabulous man, with oodles of patience and was extremely good at listening. Dan helped us to make a better choice than we ever expected and are awaiting our new dinning room table and chairs just in time for the Winter Solstice.    We arrived in furniture village had a good look around. Was approached my a man called Chris who was so helpful. I wanted kitchen chairs, bar stool's and two sofas all to matched for kitchen I knew what fabric I needed & he found every item I needed & it all matched which was perfect . He was so easy to talk to & told us all about the quality of it all & then i thought i remembered i needed a coffee table for lounge & I told him the style I like & was showed a few by the style I liked & we found the ideal one so we purchase that as well. So I found everything I came in for & matched so I’m very happy with the service by Chris which was fabulous I would definitely recommend him to friends for the great service I received.    We came in to Furniture Village Norwich looking for items for our new home. This was our first time in this shop and I have to say that their customer care is superb. Chris Brown was very patient with us especially with my young children always in the way and trying to get my attention. He showed is a wide range of beautiful sofas, beds, dining room furniture which took a while and he did this with calm and a smile on his face. Thank you Chris. We will definitely be coming back again.

   The whole process from start to finish was effortless and hassle free. Firstly, Rhian in the Norwich store was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Secondly, we were kept updated by the team on the progress of our order and when we wanted to add an item it was just a quick call to Rhian who sorted it there and then. Thirdly, Liam the delivery manager at Norwich was great, giving us options for our delivery date and keeping us in the loop of any delays or deviations. When our original date became a problem for us, he rearranged things at short notice, which really helped us out. And finally, the delivery and installation team were brilliant. Friendly, efficient and the phone call to advise us they were on their way was appreciated. Oh, and the products seem to be good quality and look great in our lounge. So, all in all, we are very happy and would thoroughly recommend Furniture Village. Thanks guys

   My wife and I are moving into a new house in 6 weeks’ time and thought we would visit Sprowston retail park in Norwich today with a view of visiting all of the different furniture retailers. We started off at Furniture Village and on entering the store we were greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable sales consultant, who most importantly wasn’t pushy and allowed us to walk around the store and browse without feeling pressured. We did make a short list of a nice sofa, kitchen table, bed and mattress and then politely informed our sales consultant that we were going to view the other 6 stored that sell similar items on the same retail park. After being greeted by much more pushy, follow you around the store sales people in the other 6 stores, who offered similar items at a most expensive price at a low quality, we returned to Furniture Village where our sales consultant Helen Petrie greeted us with a nice coffee, asked us to sit down and discuss the options we were interested in, she help us with all of the measurements, the different fabrics and additional options. Helen is a great credit to the store and for a couple who were only browsing, we were presented with some great deals but more importantly the lead/delivery times that worked for our move and I wouldn't hesitate on recommending Furniture Village Norwich to anyone looking for Sofas, Beds or kitchen tables as we purchased all 3 from Helen on the day and its fantastic that we now have her as our single point of contact from the store.

   We had a very disappointing visit to Furniture Village in Ipswich whilst looking for leather sofas. We loved the product so my husband telephoned the Norwich store and spoke to Brandon. This young man could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We visited the Norwich store the next day and not only did Brandon sell us 2 leather sofas but a new mattress for our bed. Thank you Brandon, your help and advice were invaluable.
