   I went here today to buy an aquarium and fish. I bought an aquarium and paid for it. Then I wanted to buy sand to put in it, but I almost couldn't because I only had sort 2 pence in change. Just 2 pence sort. Is it worth losing a customer for 2 pennies?

   Arrun and Barney are super helpful and spent quite a while with us choosing our tank set up and giving us all the advice and info we needed. We will definitely be using the store as our aquarium shop for our new pets. Plenty of equipment and stock, the shop has everything you need.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Aaron – a gold standard experience! From the moment we called Maidenhead Aquatics in Norwich, Aaron went above and beyond. He patiently took two calls in advance of our visit, talking us through every detail of how to properly prepare our aquarium. His advice was clear, thoughtful, and so reassuring. When we arrived in store, Aaron truly shone. He took the time to educate us about each species, carefully guiding us through the options and helping us create the perfect, harmonious environment for our fish and invertebrates. It was never about selling – it was all about the welfare of the animals and ensuring we understood how to care for them properly. Thanks to Aaron’s expertise, we left with a well-balanced and beautiful community: a Snow White Guppy, a Rainbow Guppy, a Neon Tetra, two Yellow Shrimp, and a charming Zebra Nerite Snail – plus one very happy niece! The knowledge, care and genuine passion Aaron brought to the experience was second to none. He made us feel confident, excited, and completely supported as new fishkeepers.    Very very rude sales guy here. Firstly started off by he kept calling me mate. Then carried on by saying I couldn't puchase 1 single fish to go in sons tank. Ad he said tank was too small. When I said how come you have over 50 fish on de in one tank a. dead ones too. He recons they have a massive filter system. I've been keeping fish for o er 30 yrs. And know you shouldn't keep over 50 fish in small tanks like this place does,also noticed dead fish there too. Never heard so much rubbish. Was going to puchase another 12 plattys for my 180ltr juwel tank an guy then changed his tune. Would never recommend buying fish from here to any fish keeper

   Nice selection of fish. Coral stock looks a bit limited as there was only one coral tank. Also purchased a frag rock only to find out it was infested with flatworms seen only in the evening. They were all over the corals. So they might have a flat worms infestation on al the frags on display. So buyers beware, buy at your own risk and always quarantine your frags.
