We loved our stay at Dawn Chorus. The shepherd’s hut was warm and cosy even in winter, and the fresh eggs from their own chickens were such a lovely touch. The whole place feels peaceful and idyllic, like a little countryside escape. We spent our days exploring local villages and even made it over to Southwold, then had a great dinner at The Fleece Inn. A really comforting, memorable stay, we’d go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 2 nights in a little compact cabin, with EVERYTHING the two of us needed to pass the time between outings and the peace and tranquillity was outstanding. We were more than pleased. Also the cabin was very clean, nicely stocked with hidden surprises and it was beautifully maintained. We would definitely like to stay again and we highly recommend it. Bob and Helen were very welcoming and helpful, if you need anything. Everything was well explained on the website. Oh I forgot to mention Pet friendly we took our dachshunds.

My children and I have had the best time staying here over the past few days. The accommodation was clean and cosy with comfortable beds and a lovely shower. We have enjoyed feeding the pigs left over fruit & veg and waking up to the sounds of the sheep and chickens. The cooked breakfasts delivered to our hit were delicious and a real treat! The children have made some new friends as well as some lovely family memories. Thank you both so much

A hidden gem! We booked a last minute stay in a shepherd’s hut and were so glad we did! Bob and Helen made us so welcome and provide everything to make your stay so comfortable. Set in beautiful countryside with great walks, farm animals - including chickens that provide breakfast eggs, we can’t recommend it highly enough. Great for families with little ones.

We stayed in a 2 person Shepherds hut with a wood fired hot tub for 1 night. We had a friendly greeting & a very relaxed, enjoyable time. There was a welcome package which included tea, coffee, milk, some delicious cupcakes & some lovely fresh eggs from the nearby chickens. Overall, lovely stay & would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely one night stay away with my other half l, even in minus degree temperatures the hut was warm, cosy and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, she did an amazing cooked breakfast delivered to our door at our chosen time in the morning. The hut was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Lovely Christmas touches and little cakes and jams in the fridge. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the Norfolk Horn shepherds hut and had a lovely time. It was warm, comfy and quiet. We had a lovely cooked English breakfast provided. Also provided was some fresh bread, tea, milk, jam, marmalade and some home baked cup cakes. The owners have gone a long way to make guests comfortable. I will use it again if visiting this area in the future. Thank you
