Laura and Gordon are really welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and have lovely views. The breakfast was the best we've ever had. We will be back for sure.
We’ve just returned from a weekend stay with Laura & Gordon. We were visiting Suffolk for the first time to do a stained glass window course in nearby Bungay. The B&B was perfect in every way. Laura couldn’t do enough for us and she made sure we had everything we needed, including an extra radiator for the chilly nights in January. The room was warm & cosy and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Lovely soft towels, a comfy bed, unlimited tea & coffee, biscuits, plenty of information on the local area and peace & quiet. The breakfasts were excellent - lots of choice, a delicious cooked breakfast, home made jams etc. We would certainly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area and we would certainly return there ourselves if we decide to travel to Suffolk again in the future. If you find stairs difficult, you would be best to choose the garden room. A real home from home.
It was the second time that we had stayed at Vicarage Farm and it did not disappoint. The room was spotlessly clean and prepared to a high standard and breakfast was exceptional. Laura and Gordon were incredible hosts. We would highly recommend this outstanding bed and breakfast, set in the beautiful relaxing Suffolk countryside. Already planning another stay.
What a beautiful b&b! Great location, our garden room was really comfortable with everything supplied that we could possibly need. The room was spotless and the bed really comfy! Breakfast was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for Laura who was a a fantastic host. We only stayed for 1 night this time but will definately return and recommend to our friends and family.
Laura and Gordon have just created and amazing bnb in amazing surroundings with beautiful walks right outside the door. You could not wish to find a cleaner, more idyllic or better thought out place to stay. You are made hugely welcome. Laura and Gordon love living in the area themselves and are great guides. The little touches in the bedroom and bathroom from sweeteners (very helpful), to chocolate biscuits (perfect after for ensuring not later night hunger), to every toiletry you could possibly need (or have forgotten) to even reading glasses is just to special. Also loved the range of home-jams, garden and amazingly specious room, abs deliciously comfy bed. So so welcoming and luxurious.
If you are after a quiet charming place with lovely views than look no further than Vicarage Farmhouse. Comfortable bed, nice and clean room and wonderful breakfasts. Laura and Gordon were very welcoming and helpful. We stayed there for two nights and look forward to coming back soon.
