Such a lovely little getaway! Super dog friendly which was great for me. Eggs, sausages and bacon were in the hut upon arrival, with a lovely space out front for the dogs and parking close to the hut. Exactly what we needed for our bank holiday stay! Extremely kind and personable hosts too, thank you so much! We’ll be back again soon!
We had a shepherd's hut in a small fenced off beautiful meadow, sharing with only one other hut and, that is it, just two huts, so peaceful and private. With a view over farming fields and the sounds of horses, ducks and sheep bleeting in the back ground. Perfect place to really escape to the countryside. Beautiful comfortable and clean accommodation. Thank you so much
What an amazing little gem friends farm is! Stunning scenery & lovely hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. The Sheppard’s hut has everything you’d need with a cosy log burner to keep you warm if needed. The friends farm shop/cafe is also fantastic. So much fresh produce on offer and the cafe is lovely. We had breakfast on our last day and it was cooked to perfection. My wife & I (and our dog) throughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% return for another stay! Just an amazing little place. I stayed here for a couple nights to just get away from everything and it was stunning. The perfect little peaceful getaway, nothing and no one around but fresh countryside and picturesque views. The hut is equipped with everything you could need and sitting in front of a crackling log fire while the sun sets outside, is a dream. Kieth and Val are wonderful, welcoming hosts and went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend Friends Farm enough and I already can’t wait to go back. I’d go back again just for their bacon and sausages!
Had the perfect stay at Friends Farm for two nights. It’s well situated, with Cromer and Southwold near. Keith and Val were very friendly and welcoming. The farm shop is definitely worth a visit with tasty local produce. The huts were comfortable, clean and warm even when we stayed in February. Beautiful countryside area that it’s located in. Would highly recommend!
You will enjoy your stay if you’ve come to relax. Perfect little hits kitted out to a high standard. No noises apart from farm animals & nature. You can see the stars on a clear night. On-site farm shop for food & supplies. Take your own alcohol if required. Great place to take your dog. Beautiful location surrounded by country side walking spots. Keith & Val are perfect hosts.
What a fantastic place! Beautiful shepherd's huts that are fully equipped and in the most amazing countryside. Keith and Val are perfect hosts who are always available with advice and information. The huts are on their small holding with piglets, lambs and chickens in the surrounding paddocks. They also have an amazing farm shop with the tastiest home produced sausages and bacon as well as locally produced cheeses and other groceries. The huts are dog friendly and we just loved staying. Can't recommend Friends Farm enough!
Just spent a week at Friends farm in a shepherds hut, 2 adults plus a golden retriever. Perfect break, hut extremely clean and comfortable, set in very relaxing surroundings. The interior was fully equipped, cooker, fridge, toaster and even a dish washer. The bed was comfortable and a good nights sleep had. The area outside the shepherds hut was well positioned with views of the farm animals and countryside. A table and chairs outside with a Bbq was great for the sunny evenings. The farm shop on site available for breakfast on several days, also plenty of good places to eat in the area, (recommend 'The Dove') We used the hut as a base to tour the coast and broads. The owners were very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. A very peaceful and tranquil holiday in great surroundings, couldn't fault. Thoroughly recommend.
